Three methods are used to prepare molecular imprinted polymers,which include conventional bulk technique or polymerization with ultraviolet initiated in low temperature and polymerization with silica-gel as sacrificial materials. After observation of the clinic symptoms, chicks were killed on day 7 and day 14, then weighed, measured the index of the immune organs and the antibody level of Newcastle disease. The experiment has observed the pathologic lesions and histopathological changes and evaluated the effect of sulfaquinoxaline on chicks.

结果］雏鸡饮用0.2%磺胺喹恶啉连用1周是安全的，连用2周发生轻度中毒的表现；雏鸡饮用0.5%磺胺喹恶啉很快发生中毒表现，磺胺喹恶啉中毒可使雏鸡出现严重临床症状，机体免建机能下降，免疫器官发育受阻，抗体水平降低，肌肉出血，肝、肾等实质器官变性种胀。
