63 patients with UC which type is humid heat are randomly divided into two groups with the herb medicine group 33 which are treated with " Qing Hua Chang Yin " oral administration and " Guang Chang Number1 Decoction " coloclysis, while the control group 30 which are treated with Salazosulfapyridine.

资料与方法：确诊为湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者63例作为研究对象，随机分成对照组及治疗组，对照组30例、治疗组33例。其中对照组用柳氮磺胺吡啶口服及灌肠，治疗组用清化肠饮口服配合灌肠Ⅰ号方灌肠。

The rat model of ulcerative colitis was established by coloclysis of 100 mgkg^(-1) TNB. From the third day, except for the normal group, each group was treated with an enema of 0.9% NaCl, SASP,"Qingchang Suppository" respectively. The rats were sacrificed seven days later.

用TNBs 100mg/kg灌肠建立大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型，第3d开始，除正常组外，各组分别给予生理盐水、柳氮磺胺吡啶、清肠栓灌肠处理，7d后处死动物，分别检测大鼠肠组织中的淋巴细胞凋亡和血清IL-1β、IL-13的含量。

114 cases ulcerative colonitis from jan. 2005 to dec. 2008 in our hospital were divided into two groups. 63 cases in treatment group were given herbal decotion, 51 cases in control group were given sulfasalazine orally with succinic acid hydrogenation cortisone edema.

选择2005年1月至2008年12月来我院就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者114例，随机分为两组，治疗组63例服用自拟中药汤剂治疗；对照组51例采用柳氮磺胺吡啶口服，琥珀酸氢化可的松灌肠。

结果表明，二甲硝唑、替硝唑具有显著的杀毛滴虫作用，制霉菌素、环丙沙星、复方磺胺甲唑仅有部分抑制作用而不能将滴虫完全杀灭，泰乐菌素、复方甘草、盐酸小檗碱杀虫作用不明显。

Drug sensitivity tests showed that the resistance to gentamycin,levofloxacin,trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole,rifampin,erythromycin,elindamycin and tetracycline were hish among MuH and MuL strains,and most of these strains were multi-drug resistant.All strains were susceptible to vaneomycin.

药物敏感性试验显示，MuH和MuL菌株对庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星、复方磺胺甲恶唑、利福平、红霉素、克林霉素、四环素的耐药率都较高，且呈多药耐药，但对万古霉素全部敏感。
