Results:(1) K562 cell arrested on G2/M phase were obviously increased after co-cultured with 2 to 10μmol/L Arsenic trioxide for 24 hours. The ratios of control group, 2μmol/L, 5μmol/L and 10μmol/L groups were 22.6±3.4%, 27.2±2.3%, 43.8±4.5% and 36.7±4.1%, respectively.
