磷酸酶

Phytase was a kind of enzyme for hydrolyzing phytate to release myoinositol and inorganic phosphate, which would promote the utilization of phosphate, reduce the drainage of phosphate in the dejecta and reduce the environmental pollution.

植酸酶是催化植酸及植酸盐水解成肌醇与磷酸的一类酶的总称。植酸酶添加在饲料中，会将其中的植酸水解成肌醇和磷酸，从而提高了磷的利用率，降低了粪便中磷的排放量，减少了植酸磷对环境的污染。

Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD, E. C. 1. 1. 1. 49) is a house-keeping enzyme in all cells, and also is a key enzyme in the pentose phosphate pathway. G6PD deficiency, affecting 200～400 million people in the world, can cause chronic non-spherocytic hemolytic anemia, favism, drug-induced hemolytic anemia, neonatal jaundice and several infectious diseases. Its inheritance mode is an X-linked incomplete dominance.

Result At 5 and 25 mgkg^(-1), the total respiratory rate had a similar trend with tricarboxylic acid cycle and pentose phosphate pathway, T1, and T2 were higher than the control on the 1st day and then declined three days late but they had a recover on the last day. Embden-Meyer-hot-Parnas pathway had a declined trend forever. The respiratory rate of the total and three pathways were decreased under 125 mgkg^(-1). The enzyme activity of pyrophosphate-dependent phosphofructokinase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PDH) and malate dehydrogenase were similar to relative respiratory pathway.

测定期内，5mgkg^(-1)土、25mgkg^(-1)土浓度处理使基础呼吸速率和三羧酸循环、磷酸戊糖途径的呼吸速率均表现初期上升随后（第3天）下降但末期有所恢复的趋势，而糖酵解途径的呼吸速率则持续下降在末期小幅回升；125mgkg^(-1)土浓度处理后基础呼吸速率及3条途径呼吸速率均呈下降趋势；磷酸果糖激酶、苹果酸脱氢酶和葡萄糖－6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)活性变化趋势分别与其对应途径呼吸速率变化相似。

However, fully consideration of special structure and physiological function of CRP is critical to investigate whether CRP provide protect effect or pathogenic effect in the progression of atherosclerosis. CRP is a member of pentrxins family, which consists of five identical, noncovalently associated 23-kDa protomers arranged symmetrically around a central pore with a 102 A external diameter. Each protomer has a recognition face with a phosphocholine binding site consisting of two coordinated calcium ions adjacent to a hydrophobic pocket. The opposite face of the pentamer is the effector face, where complement Clq binds and Fc receptors are presumed to bind. A cleft extends from the center of the protomer to the central pore of the pentamer. Both faces ofpentamer form a special bi-phase structure: one face is the ligand recognition phase, which can recognize apoptosis cells and enzyme modified low density lipoprotein in which PCh is exposed.
