Objective: To study osteogenic capability of rabbit bone marrow stromal cells and biological characteristical identification in vitro in order to explore the appropriate methods of osteoblast culture in vitro and to select an idea source of seed cells for bone tissue engineer.

目的：研究兔骨髓基质细胞在体外培养条件下的成骨能力及生物学特性，探讨简便易行的成骨细胞体外培养方法，为组织工程选择理想的种子细胞来源。方法：取新西兰白兔骨髓液经离心后得骨髓单个核细胞，以1× 106／ml的细胞浓度进行培养，经传代培养，选择条件培养液培养(1640完全培养液中加入地塞米松10-8Smol／l，β-甘油磷酸钠10mmol／l，VitC 50μg／ml)作为骨髓基质细胞增殖和成骨的调节因子，通过倒置显微镜、HE染色、扫描电镜、碱磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase，ALP)测定、Ⅰ型胶原免疫组化染色和四环素荧光钙染色等手段对获得的细胞进行生物学特性研究。

结论——我们推断NCX是被自主性调节的，但是心衰降低相关性磷酸酶的水平和活性，去磷酸化作用的缺陷使NCX处于高度活性状态。

Objective To establish a new method to measure alkaline phosphatase activity using disodium p-acetylphenylphosphate (PAP-PNa2) as substrate.

目的 合成对乙酰基苯基磷酸二钠盐(PAP-PNa2)，并建立以PAP-PNa2为底物的碱性磷酸酶测定方法。

The result of AKP test showed that the 3D-colony cells taken the russety colour .The other cells including feeder cells and around cells have not been dyed. It suggests that the 3D-colony cells should have a high activity of AKP, might be in the non-differentiation or low differentiation state.

Results of sequence and homology analysis show that MD 1 has 97% similarity with mark in maize chloroplast genome,a gene encoding RNA maturase involved in group Ⅱ intron splicing of RNA transcript;MD2 has 99% similarity with the gene serine/threonine phosphorylase 2C in Sporobolus stapfianus;and MD3 has 99% similarity with rice the gene encoding metacaspase,an arginine/lysine-specific cysteine protease.

The Correlation between enzyme activities and physical properties of spruce forests soil The acid phosphatase was conducive to the increase of natural capacity, capillary capacity, saturated water capacity, non-capillary capacity, total porosity, non-capillary porosity, and the decrease of bulk density; the catalase and proteinase were conducive to the increase of capillary porosity and water porosity, respectively, these results suggested that catalyze function of soil enzyme directly acted the formation of soil physical structures.
