MATERIALS: Composite scaffold was made with collagen/chitosan/β-tricalcium phosphate. Upper layer was mainly collagen/chitosan, and lower layer was mainly collagen/chitosan/β-tricalcium phosphate. The factor of porosity was 90%, with antilinear of 100 μm.

材料：以胶原、壳聚糖、β-磷酸三钙制备复合支架，上层以胶原／壳聚糖为主，下层以胶原／壳聚糖／β-磷酸三钙为主，孔隙率≥90%，孔径100μm。

Three hydroxyapatite powders (HAP1, HAP2 and HAP3) were prepared by hydrolyzation process using brushite, precipitation method using calcium hydroxide and ammonium phosphate and neutralization method using calcium hydroxide and phosphoric acid, respectively. Hydroxyapatite/collagen composite was prepared by in situ precipitation method using calcium hydroxide, phosphoric acid and bovine collagen which was extracted from the fresh bovine tendons.

本研究以相关钙盐、磷酸盐为原料，分别用二水合磷酸氢钙水解法、氢氧化钙-磷酸氢二铵沉淀法和氢氧化钙-磷酸酸碱中和工艺制备了三种羟基磷灰石粉体，分别为HAP1、HAP2和HAP3；并以氢氧化钙、磷酸和从牛腱中提取的胶原为原料通过原位沉淀制备了羟基磷灰石/胶原复合材料。

The results showed that theprotein metabolism level of the gymnasts was high, and the energy supply of phosphagen system was the important factor in gymnastics.

结果表明：体操运动员的蛋白质代谢水平高，磷酸原系统供能在体操运动中占极重要因素。

Through analying special physical stamina of football players, and combining the characteristics of sport and energy supply for football sport, it is put forward that phosphagen system is main energy system. The principles of special training are discussed, which will provide a scientific theory of physical training for Chinese football players.

通过对足球运动员专项体能的分析，结合足球运动供能和比赛的特点，提出磷酸原系统是足球运动专项体能的主要供能系统，并对专项训练应遵循的原则进行了论述，旨在为中国足球运动员的体能训练提供科学的理论依据。

The key point of improving the speed of 400 meters dash is to rationally use the energy providing ability of phosphagen system to prolong the energy providing time of glycolysis system to a maximum size and to reduce the energy providing rate of aerobic oxidization system.

The 400-meters dash belongs to ultimate periodic games and is regarded as a short-distance run which can be divided into 3 periods—the period of acceleration, period of remaining maximum speed and the period of attenuation. The 400-meters dash follows the statistic rules which can be reflected from the following stage: starting the race, accelerating, reaching the maximum speed and gradually attenuating. In fact, it reflects the process that energy is provided. It is a changing process of energy providing—from phosphagen system,glycolysis system to aerobic oxidization system.
