Ingredients: alfalfa sprout 80g, gynura 50g, 1 guava, 5 cashew nuts, dry kelp bud 5g, 1 Tbs. soybean lecithin, 1/2 wheat germ and 1/2 beer ferment

材料：苜蓿芽80g (1碗)、红凤菜50g 、番石榴1粒、腰果5粒、海带芽酌量、大豆卵磷脂1匙、小麦胚芽及啤酒酵母各半匙。

Objective:To explore the changes of hexosamine and phospholipids in gastric mucosa of rats with open abdominal trauma after seawater immersion.

目的：探讨大鼠腹部开放伤后海水浸泡的胃黏膜中氨基己糖和磷脂的改变。

The amount of hexosamine and phospholipids in gastric mucosa of rats were detected by both chemochromometric and modified chemical methods.

结果：与正常组大鼠相比，腹腔浸泡伤组大鼠胃黏膜氨基己糖和磷脂随着浸泡时间的延长而进行性减低（P＜0.05），并在3h时达最低。

Results:Compared with normal rats,both hexosamine and phospholipids in gastric mucosa of rats under celiac seawaterimmersing trauma are progressively decreased(P0.05),especially in stress 3h group.

结果：与正常组大鼠相比，腹腔浸泡伤组大鼠胃黏膜氨基己糖和磷脂随着浸泡时间的延长而进行性减低（P＜0.05），并在3h时达最低。

Methods:Thirtytwo rats were randomly divided into four groups(normal control group,celiac seawaterimmersing trauma stress 1,2,3h groups).The amount of hexosamine and phospholipids in gastric mucosa of rats were detected by both chemochromometric and modified chemical methods.

32只SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组和腹腔浸泡伤1h、2h、3h 4组，分别取相应大鼠的胃黏膜，采用化学比色法和改良抗坏血酸法测定胃黏膜中氨基己糖和磷脂含量。
