We used phospholipid, Epikuron 200, and cholesterol as material to prepare liposome formulation, and discuss the effect of liposome formulation which contain phospholipid and cholesterol or the mix of ionic surfactants such as stearylamine, dicetyl phosphate and nonionic surfactant such as Tween 80. For the three group that physical properties of drug entrapment efficiency, particle size and stability of formulation on day 0, 14, 21 and 30 were respectively compared, and further, we were sieve out optimization of formulation.

我们利用Epikuron 200之磷脂质，以及胆固醇作为制备微脂粒处方之材料，并探讨处方不加或分别加入表面修饰剂stearylaminem与dicetyl phosphate以及非离子界面活性剂Tween 80对处方之影响，且比较此三组微脂粒的物理性质，包含包埋率、粒径大小以及处方在第0、14、21、30天之安定性的变化，进一步筛选出理想之处方。

The development of Chinese herbal medicine is one of main methods for peasants to increase income in the eastern mountain area of Liaoning.The main medicinal plants in Liaoning Province are schisandra,asarum,dioscorea, panax,gentiana,aconitum,fritillaria,lilium,astragalus,saposhnikovia,atractylodes,polygonatum, clematis,dictamnus,etc.The soils of nearly 20 species of the medicinal plant were studied in this paper.The differences among different medicinal plants were analyzed.The species and quantity of fungi,bacteria and antinomycete in soil of medicinal plants were clear.With the pathogen of main diseases of medicinal plants as target,the strains in the control of pathogen were screened from soil of medicinal plants.

在本研究中，首次以辽宁省主栽药用植物：五味子、细辛、穿山龙、移山参、龙胆、黄花乌头、平贝母、百合、黄芪、防风、苍术、玉竹、威灵鲜和白鲜皮等近20种药用植物土壤为研究对象，应用平板稀释法和磷脂脂肪酸测定法对土壤微生物多样性进行研究，通过研究明确了影响土壤微生物多样性的因素；土壤微生物与药用植物关系；以药用植物土壤微生物为供试菌株，药用植物近年来主要病害为靶标菌，进行生防菌株筛选。

Hematoxylin alcoholl extracts with different concentration were co-cultured with lung cancer A549 cells in order to observe effects on cell proliferation by using MTT method, study the effects on cytotoxicity and apoptosis of lung cancer A549 cells using optical microscope, phosphatidylserine ecstrophy analysis and cell period analysis.

Mammary gland epithetical cells were taken to analyze the phospholipids ingredients. SDS-Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used for analyzing the membrane protein ingredients. ATPase activities which have important function in mammary protein were also tested.

Result: Glutin could make the absorption of jatrorrhizine, coptisine, berberine and total alkaloids increased by 30%. Tween 80 and arabic gum did not affect the absorption of berberine, but inhibit that of other alkaloids. There had no influence of lecithin on the absorption of alkaloids.

结果：明胶使药根碱、黄连碱、小檗碱和总生物碱的吸收均提高约30%；聚山梨醇酯和阿拉伯树胶对小檗碱的吸收无影响，而抑制其他3种生物碱和总碱的吸收；卵磷脂几乎不影响各生物碱的吸收。
