Female CB6F1 mice (F1 mice in short) which had been hypodermically inoculated with hepatoma cells (H22) were as recipients, and the C57BL/6 mice were as the donors. CB6F1 mice received intraperitoneal chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide. Fresh bone marrow and spleen cells from C57BL/6 mice were as donor cells, which were divided into with or without radiation of 60Co.

实验方法：以皮下接种肝癌细胞（H22）的CB6F1（BABL/C×C57BL/6杂交鼠，简称F1）雌性小鼠为受体鼠，经环磷酰胺腹腔化疗后，取C57BL/6小鼠的新鲜骨髓及脾脏细胞作为供体细胞，供体细胞分为经60Co照射和未经60Co照射。

Results: a In the negative control group, spontaneous chromosome aberration and micronucleus rated the mice's were very low; in the positive control group, chromosome aberration and micronucleus rate of the mice's were highest. b Before cyclophosphamide intoxation, when the four kinds of vegetables and hilts juice were preventively irrigated into the mice's stomachs respectively, the chromosome aberration and micronucleus rate in the negative control group were lower than these in the positive control group (P.05); but after intoxation, when the four kinds of vegetables and fruits juice were therapeutically irrigated into the mice's stomachs respectively, the chromosome aberration and micronucleus rate were similar with the result above mentioned . c Acing the four kinds of vegetables and fruits, sea-buckthorn lad the best preventive and curative effects.

结果：a在阴性对照组中，小鼠自发的染色体畸变率和微核率极低；在阳性对照组中，小鼠染色体畸变率和微核率最高。b在环磷酰胺染毒之前，分别将4种蔬菜水果汁给小鼠进行预防性灌胃，其染色体畸变率和微核率均比阳性对照组低(P.05)；在染毒之后，分别将4种蔬菜水果给小鼠治疗性灌胃，其结果与上述实验结果相似。c在4种蔬菜水果中，以沙棘的预防和治疗效果为最好。

Results］ LD50 for acephate by intragastric administration is 823 mg/kg in rats.

将其中25例晚期口腔高、中分化鳞癌病人随机分为实验治疗（12例）和对照治疗（13例）两组，实验组采用sBRM疗法，具体用药为：先用小剂量环磷酰胺和聚肌胞对机体反应性作预调变，然后用低剂量DDP-PYM化疗杀伤&致创&癌细胞，使其免疫原性增强并借之诱导肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞，化疗结束后续用小剂量rhuIL-2激活和扩增TIL，特别是其中的T细胞，并借助小剂量西咪替丁、消炎痛调节机体以原发灶为中心的癌受创相关反应。

Methods （1）the experiment in body:the knubbly cell S 180 and the cwer cancer knubbly cell H 22 was inoculated in left and front axillary of rats,which were taken medicine in stomach next day.Saline,cyclophosphamide and different dose Fufangshuizhiwan were used re-spectively in negative comparison group,electropositive comparison group and Chinese medicine group for12days.
