Applying ELISA method to observe the change of IL-2 in serum ,Applying carbon clearance method to test the function of uninuclear phagocyte,took the weight of the spleen and thoracic gland, analyzed the mechanism — efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing of GAPSGF.
