Objective: Research the interface between C/C,CCH(fusional material of C/C and hydroxyapatite)implant and bone in the aim of providing experimental basis for developing a new dental implant.

目的：采用碳纤维增强碳复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced carbon，C/C)与羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite，HA)复合形成新型种植体，研究它们与骨结合界面的性质，为开发新型种植体提供实验依据。

Three hydroxyapatite powders (HAP1, HAP2 and HAP3) were prepared by hydrolyzation process using brushite, precipitation method using calcium hydroxide and ammonium phosphate and neutralization method using calcium hydroxide and phosphoric acid, respectively. Hydroxyapatite/collagen composite was prepared by in situ precipitation method using calcium hydroxide, phosphoric acid and bovine collagen which was extracted from the fresh bovine tendons.

本研究以相关钙盐、磷酸盐为原料，分别用二水合磷酸氢钙水解法、氢氧化钙-磷酸氢二铵沉淀法和氢氧化钙-磷酸酸碱中和工艺制备了三种羟基磷灰石粉体，分别为HAP1、HAP2和HAP3；并以氢氧化钙、磷酸和从牛腱中提取的胶原为原料通过原位沉淀制备了羟基磷灰石/胶原复合材料。
