METHODS: The cavity was prepared on the mesial surface of the first molar of Wistar rats.

在大鼠上、下颌第一磨牙近中面制备单面洞，分别观察3、15和30d。

The distance was near from the distal root of mandibular molar to the mandibular canal than that of the mesial root.

下颌磨牙的远中根至下颌管的距离均较近中根近。

METHODS: The cavity was prepared on the mesial surface of the first molars of Wistar rats. The rats were sacrificed at 3, 15, and 30 days of post-operation. The samples were stained by HE, observed under microscope.

在Wistar大鼠第一磨牙近中面制备窝洞，分别观察3、15、30d，标本切片，HE染色，显微镜下观察。
