A series of tri-radicals with heterospin center of 1,3,5- trisubstituted benzee as feeomagnetic coupling unit has been studied by using quantum chemical DFT UB3LYP method.

采用量子化学DFT UB3LYP方法，在6-31G基组水平上讨论了以1，3，5-苯为铁磁耦合单元的异自旋中心三自由基体系。

Carbon-doped TiO2 thin films were prepared by direct current reactive magnetron sputtering at room temperature in an Ar/O2 ambience, using a titanium target incrusted with graphite pieces. The films as prepared were characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-Vis transmission spectra, and photoelectrochemistry methods.

室温下通过直流反应磁控溅射的方法，利用碳钛镶嵌靶在Ar/O2气氛中制备了碳掺杂纳米TiO2薄膜，并通过X射线衍射、UV-Vis透射光谱以及光电化学的方法对薄膜进行了表征。

In our experiments, the hafnium films were deposited on molybdenum substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering technology, and the barium oxide layers were prepared by the chemical method to simulate the grid structure of traveling wave tubes. Then, the surface phase and compositional change in the grid was studied under high temperature by annealing from 900K to BOOK, which can be used in explaining the suppression mechanism of hafnium film.

实验中，利用射频磁控溅射技术在Mo基底上制备了Hf膜，并利用化学方法制备了BaO涂层以模拟行波管栅极结构，随后在N_2保护下，通过在900K到1300K范围内退火，研究栅极处于高温工作环境下表面相结构和成分的变化，以此解释了Hf薄膜抑制栅极电子发射的工作机理。
