碳酸钠

Sodium bicarbonate is an alkaline salt which can undergo decomposition independently but will only yield sodium carbonate (Na2CO3, also known as washing soda) when heated. However, it produces an undesirable colour and texture when it reacts with fats and is therefore not suitable for use in the production of food.

碳酸氢钠属於碱性盐类，虽然自身也可以热裂解而产生反应，但所须温度高且会产生碳酸钠（Na2CO3，俗称洗涤碱，而与油脂反应产生不良的颜色与口感，并不适宜食品加工用。

Methods Under the acid condition, fluorine could be separated by distillation, then fluorine is absorbed by washing liquid.
