In this study we observe the ratio of inhibitory of mice bearing S180 and the effect of prolonging lives of mice bearing H22;the effect on immune function of mice bearing S180;the phagocytosis of MO cells; measuring serum TNF of mice bearing S180 with ELISA; the expression level of p53 in tumor tissue with ICH and the change of tumor cells shape with pathology test.

实验采用S_(180)、H_(22)两种瘤株，以昆明利，小鼠为研究对象，对体内的抑瘤作用、生命延长作用进行研究；对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠免疫功能影响的研究；采用碳粒廓清法研究该药对巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响的研究；采用ELISA法检测S_(180)荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF含量；采用免疫组化法测定S_(180)小鼠瘤组织中p53蛋白的含量并观察瘤细胞的病理形态。

Five synthesis methods of AlN powder were discussed, namely direct nitrogenation of Al powder, carbothermal reduction of Al2O3, chemical vapor deposition, sol-gel method, self-propagating high-temperature synthesis and plasma chemical synthesis. The choice of AlN sintering additives and five sintering technologies were analysed, namely hot pressing sintering, pressureless sintering, spark plasma sintering, microwave sintering and self-propagating sintering. The preparation processes of AlN substrate and its influencing factors were expounded.
