Basing on the the best batch and the best parameters of heat treatment,we mainly investigates the quotiety and quality of deoxidized iron during the course of parent glass preparing according to the characteristic of batch; meanwhile, we discussed the effects of different kinds and contents alkali metal oxid on the glass-ceramic properties,and technics parameters of prepareing the glass-ceramic composite tube by centrifugal molding are also researched originally.

The experiment results shown that: 1 the smaller the pH value, the smaller the use amount of alkaline metal and the alkali earth metal electrolyte demulsifier, when the pH value was 3, the waste fluid could be demulsified no any demulsifier and the use amount of the demulsifier did not increase remarkably along with the wiredrawing fluid concentration increased. 2 Using polymeric ferric sulfate as coagulant demulsifying, when the pH value was 8.4, the best adding amount was 40 mL per liter wastewater and the best precipitation time was 4 hours. Then the COD concentration was 480 mg/L, reaching the water quality requirements to enter the sewage treatment plant.

pH值越小，碱金属和碱土金属电解质破乳剂的用量越小，pH值为3时，无须加入任何破乳剂即可破乳；破乳剂用量并不随拉丝液浓度的增大而显著增加。2）用混凝剂聚合硫酸铁破乳，在pH值8.4时，最佳投加量为40 mL/L，最佳沉淀时间4 h，处理后上清液COD浓度为480 mg/L，能满足进入污水处理厂水质要求。
