RESULTS: The results showed that the water extract of phellodendron and one of its main components increased the cell membrane fluidity in the inactive state, but the other two components, berberine and jatrorrhizine, decreased the cell membrane fluidity.

结果：在无ConA刺激时，黄柏的水提物可提高小鼠脾细胞膜的流动性，6.25%的浓度与对照组相比有极显著性差异；小檗碱与药根碱可降低脾细胞膜的流动性，与对照组相比均有显著性差异；巴马汀可提高脾细胞膜的流动性，与对照组相比有极显著性差异。

They all contain 13 protein coding gene,2 rRNA gene,22 tRNA gene and 1 D-Loop.The base composition for the four nucleotides is A-32.0%,C-27.6%,G-14.7%,T-25.8%,And it is A-32.5%,C-26.9%,G-14.1%,T-26.5%for Yellow-throated Marten.But there are some definite differences in base composition,the using of Initiation codon and Stop codon,and the mode of repeat sequences in control region.The codon usages of Manes have bias,and the ttiird locations of codon of protein-coding genes have the higher frequency in using A and C.There may be some relativity with the content of A and C in D-loop,namely,it has relation with the mode of repeat sequences.The complete mitochondrial genome of the Sable and Yellow-throated Marten were submitted to GenBank,and the accession number are FJ429093 and FJ719367 respectively.3、The complete mitochondrial genome of 6 other species of Mustelidae from GenBank and some sequences of D-loop from the 6 species were aligned.

分析紫貂大兴安岭亚种、长白山亚种、阿尔泰亚种和北欧亚种间的基因流及进化历史得知：大兴安岭种群与新疆种群和长白山种群间的基因流水平最高(Nm=0.1260和0.1427)，新疆与长白山种群间最低Nm=0.0053紫貂种群在进化过程中可能发生过种群膨胀，经历过种群增长过程。2、对紫貂和黄喉貂的线粒体全基因组结构进行分析发现：全长分别为16 523bp和16549bp，均包含13个蛋白质编码基因、2个rRNA基因、22个tRNA基因和1个非编码序列区(D-Loop区，紫貂全序列中碱基组成为A-32.0%，C-27.6%，G-14.7%，T-25.8%，黄喉貂为A-32.5%，C-26.9%，G-14.1%，T-26.5%；基因排列顺序与日本貂和貂熊的一致，但碱基组成、起始密码子和终止密码子的使用及控制区中串联重复序列模式等均存在一定差异。

The results indicate that the pillaring process and crystal growing of anatase can be more easily realized by increasing the acid-base ratio of pillaring agents, raising the pillaring temperature and adding proper quantities of alkali. The calcination of Ti-pillared precursor brings the growth of TiO2 grain, at the same time the layer distance is declined. In order to obtain ideal products, the right pillaring conditions are: the acid-base ratio of pillaring agents of 13, pillaring temperature of 65 ℃ and the volume of alkali (2 mol/L) in pillaring liquid of 6 mL.

结果表明：在一定范围内增大柱撑剂酸碱比、提高柱撑温度以及加入适量碱，有利于插层复合反应的进行和锐钛晶型的生长；柱撑前驱物焙烧后TiO2晶粒长大，同时焙烧引起的脱水导致膨润土层间距的下降；为获得较理想的产物，合适的柱化条件为：柱撑剂酸碱比 n n (HNO3)为13、柱撑温度65 ℃和柱撑液加碱量为(2 mol/L NaOH) 6 mL。

The results indicate that [(L 1) 2SnEt 2] can selectively bind to the N 1 atom of the base and the phosphate oxygen atom of AMP and may further destroy the helical structure of DNA, while the dimethyltin compound of 1,3 dimethyl 4 acetyl 5 pyrazolone [(L 1) 2SnMe 2] merely binds to the the phosphate oxygen atom of AMP and causes the contraction of DNA helical structure.

结论3 二甲基 4 乙酰基 5 吡唑酮的二乙基锡配合物(L1 ) 2 SnEt2 可与AMP 的碱基N1 和磷酸根氧原子螯合并可能会破坏DNA 的双股螺旋结构；而二甲基锡配合物(L1 ) 2 SnMe2 易与单核苷酸的磷酸氧结合，难以与单核苷酸的碱基氮原子稳定结合且只引起DNA 双股螺旋的收缩

When dealt the Oncomelania hupensis with a low concentration of stachydrine (0.60g/L), the figures of the glycogen increased from 9.152% to 58.72%. While dealt the Oncomelania hupensis with a higher concentration of stachydrine (0.80g/L), the figures of the glycogen reduced from 11.68% to 76.16%. It indicated that the stachydrine can restrain Oncomelania hupensis's life by affecting their energy metabolism.

经低浓度水苏碱（小于0.60g/L）处理后钉螺软体的糖原含量上升，增加幅度从9.152%到58.72%，促进了钉螺的能量代谢；而在高浓度（大于0.809/L）处理后的钉螺软体的糖原含量下降，减少幅度从11.68%到76.16%，表明高浓度水苏碱处理液通过影响钉螺的能量代谢从而抑制其生长。

Similar to that, compared to the mouse model of memory impairments of acquisition, retention and retrieval induced by scopolamine, sodium nitrite and ethanol D-galactose, the blank control group, SZF group and positive control group could prolong the latency and reduce errors in step-down test and avoiding dark test.The result bioassay showed that SZF group incresed the activity of SOD and level of TChE and decreased the level of MAD in mice brain tissue.

东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠和乙醇分别诱导的小鼠学习记忆获得、巩固和再现障碍实验结果表明，与模型组比较，在跳台和避暗测试中，空白对照组、SZF复方和阳性对照组均能延长跳台实验和避暗实验的潜伏期(P.01，P.05)，均能减少实验中的错误次数(P.01，P.05)。D-半乳糖、东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠和乙醇诱导的小鼠脑组织生化测定的结果显示，与模型组比较有显著差异，SZF复方表现为能使脑组织中总SOD活力上升，MDA含量降低，TChE含量上升。

The partial sequence of Trionyx sinensis 5S rRNA determined contained only one nucleotide residue different from that of Terrapene carolina 5S rRNA and had three different nucleotide residues compared with that of rat 5S rRNA.

In order to investigate the relationship between the open-chain ligands and metal ions, and the possibility of the metal complexes used as electroluminescent materials, a new naphthol schiff base ligand which is a open-chain crown and its four transition metal complexes, a new amide type tripodal ligand containing heterocyclic ring, two tripodal ligands (H〓L〓 and H〓L〓) containing phenol schiff bases and their rare earth complexes were synthesized and characterized.

为了进一步研究和探讨开链配体与金属离子的配位作用，以及金属配合物作为电致发光材料的可能性，我们设计合成了含萘酚环的Schiff碱开链冠醚H〓L〓及四种过渡金属(Zn、Ni、Co、Cu)配合物，两个含酚羟基的Schiff碱三足配体H〓L〓和H〓L〓及稀土配合物，一个含杂环的酰胺型三足配体L〓，培养了配体L〓的单晶，确定了其晶体结构。

In view of the polydispersity and unhomogeneous molecular weight of soda lignin in pulping black liquor, the method which firstly classify lignin then react in homogeneous system has been adopted for a long-term to chemically modify the soda lignin, in order to improve the integral performance of lignin technical products effectively. However, there are following drawbacks in this technology: the low ultilization of lignin, and difficult seperation from the reaction system.
