结果表明：引物1扩增的外显子1到部分内含子1片段每个猪群选择两个个体经测序得到的序列与GenBank上已发表的猪(DQ182323)的L-FABP基因序列比对，发现所测所有个体237位点、258位点和315位点碱基分别为A、T和T与DQ182323序列的碱基G、C和C不同，而且所测个体间存在G403A突变。

The results of physiological indexes analysis under different salt stress condition showed that cell membrane permeability of all species increased along with the increasing of NaCl concentration, and concentrations of Na+, Cl-, proline, soluble sugar, saccharose and malondialdehyde showed the same tendency.

This paper describes the succulence of organs of Suaeda salsa seedlings treated with different salts. The growth of the seedlings was markedly enhanced by NaCl but markedly inhibited by NaF treatment. The degree of succulence was the greatest in leaves, second in stems and third in roots of seedlings treated with NaCl.

用不同的钠盐和含Cl-的盐处理盐地碱蓬幼苗后，测定不同器官的肉质化及相关生理指标，结果表明：NaF处理明显抑制盐地碱蓬幼苗的生长；NaCl处理下生长最好，其中叶片的肉质化程度显著高于对照，正在伸展茎次之，而根则不明显；其次是NaHCO3，肉质化程度也明显高于对照；CaCl2和KCl处理下肉质化程度都与对照相似；MgCl2处理下叶片的肉质化程度明显低于对照。

Methods: DECB was dealed with heat , acid , alkali , roasting , organic solvent extracting , microorganism zymolysis , then the method of microrespiromete was used to detect/measure the respiratory activity respectively.

目的：研究小牛血清去蛋白提取物（deproteinated extract of calf blood，DECB）中生物活性物质的物理化学性质；方法：分别将小牛血清去蛋白提取物进行加热、加酸、加碱、烘烤、有机溶剂萃取、接种微生物发酵等方法处理，然后分别用微量呼吸检压法检测呼吸活性，结果：采用加热、加碱、加酸，接种微生物发酵的方法进行处理，DECB刺激呼吸活性的能力没有明显改变，而采用烘烤的方法处理，结果DECB的活性完全消失；用有机溶剂萃取DECB，可明显降低DECB刺激呼吸活性的能力，而有机相中含有了刺激呼吸活性物质。

According to somephysiological characteristic in Camptotheca acuminata and several specific functionsof CPT, allene oxide cyclase, a key enzyme of jasmonites pathway, was isolated fromCamptotheca acuminata; mealwhile, it was investigated whether themRNA expression of CaAOC was related to the content of CPT in Camptothecaacuminata.
