Wastewater containing titanium pigment was treated by microfiltration membrane, Nanometer titanium can be purified and concentrated by use of microfiltration. A new membrane process integrated with pretreatment of flocculation or coagulation was exploited to recover Inosine. ZrO2 ceramic membrane was used in the work, and the average permeation flux could reach 150L/m2.h under pH value of 3, transmembrane pressure 0.1MPa, CFV 3m/s, and temperature higher than 70C. The recovery ratio of inosine is higher than traditional recovery method, although inosine degraded under acidic and high temperature condition.
实验表明,ZrO_2膜处理肌苷发酵液的合适条件为pH=3、操作压力为0.1MPa、膜面流速3m/s、温度大于70度,此时可以获得平均渗透通量150L/m~2h,但由于酸性条件、高温下肌苷降解,导致肌苷收率有所降低,但仍高于传统肌苷提取方法得到的收率;为进一步提高肌苷得率,缩短提取工序,实验研究了絮凝剂预处理发酵液,解决碱性条件下由于蛋白析出导致膜污染加重的问题,研究表明采用CaCl_2絮凝并调节pH=11,可以获得平均渗透通量为180L/m~2h,肌苷得率大于95%;比较了三种肌苷提取工艺得到的产品质量,采用预处理与陶瓷南京工业大学博士学位论文膜分离结合的除杂工艺得到的粗昔质量与陶瓷膜分离、离子交换及活性炭吸附工艺生产的粗普质量相当,均优于传统的提取工艺;设计了每小时处理12一巧吨肌普发酵液的陶瓷膜成套装置,采用部分内循环的方式降低设备的能耗,简化了肌昔提取方式,提高了产品的收率和得率,由于减少离子交换和活性炭吸附,使得工厂废水排放量降低30一40%,降低酸、碱用量,有利于环境保护。

The invention use an alcaligenes faecalis as a fermentation strain, using sucrose or glucose commonly used in food industry as carbon source for microbe cultivation, using conventional chemical fertilizer in the agricultural production as nitrogen source and inorganic salt, the medium of microbial growth is prepared by auxiliary yeast powder, aerobic fermentation is processed in the conditions of 30 DEG C, 1.0vvm, 500r/min ventilatiing and stirring, adding specially supplementary food fluid in the fermentation course achieves the following aims:(1) controlling the penetrating pressure of the broth in the hypotonicity condition;(2) controlling the pH of the broth between 4.0 and 7.0;(3) providing abundant nutritious matter such as carbon source and nitrogen source for microbial growth, obtaining Weilan gum broth after 72 hours, obtainin Weilan gum product by drying in 95-115 DEG C and atmospheric pressure.
本发明以一株粪产碱杆菌为发酵菌种,使用食品工业中常用的蔗糖或葡萄糖作为微生物培养的碳源,以农业生产中常用的化肥作为氮源和无机盐,辅以酵母粉配制微生物生长的培养基,在30℃以1.0vvm、500r/min通风搅拌条件下好氧发酵,发酵过程中流加特殊配制的补料液以达到以下目的:(1)控制发酵液的渗透压处于低渗条件;(2)控制发酵液的pH处于4.0~7.0之间;(3)为微生物生长提供丰富的碳源和氮源等营养物质,经72小时得到威兰胶发酵液,在95℃~115℃下常压干燥得到威兰胶产品。

Results:①In normal extracellular solution, the non-selective cholinergic agonist acetylcholine and the muscarinic agonist muscarine both caused the increace of [Ca2+]i in separately 21 out of 25 and 14 out of 18 VHCs I, while only 3 out of 20 and 2 out of 16 VHCs I had a weak increase of [Ca2+]i if investigated in calcium free extracellular solution; nicotine could increase the [Ca2+]i in 7 out of 32 VHCsⅠonly at enough high concentration(up to 10 mmol/L) in normal extracellular solution, this [Ca~(2+)]_i increase by nicotine at high concentration could not be investigated if at calcium free solution.

The influence of battery formula and technology parameter on the safety performance of mercury-free alkaline Zn/MnO2 button cell was explored. Short circuit test and overdischarge test were used to study the safety performance of battery produced with varied formula and technology parameter. The factors affecting the safety performance of battery were studied. The optimal technology parameters are confirmed as follows: capacity ratio of anode to cathode is 0.91, KOH electrolyte content is 43%, content of Zn22- dissolved in KOH electrolyte is 7%, content of ZnO added in zinc gel is 0.8%1.0%, content of electrolyte added in zinc gel is 40%42%, content of binder added in zinc gel is 1% and the mass ratio of polyacrylate sodium to polyacrylic acid is 64, content of inhibitor added in zinc gel is 0.01%.
