Cloning and sequencing of the genes coding a and 3 subunit of phycoerythrin of a red alga-Corallina officinalis are reported firstly(GenBankaccession number: AF510986). The sequence contain 1,140 nucleotide, including 10 nucleotide that locate in the upstream of the initiation codon ofP subunit, 534 coding for P subunit(coding 177 amino acid), 101 nucleotide for gene spacer and 495 nucleotide that draw near the 5 terminal of a subunit(coding 164 amino acid).

首次测定了珊瑚藻藻红蛋白α和β亚基基因的全序列(GenBank登录号：AF510986)，测定的基因序列长为1，140个碱基，包括β亚基起始密码子上游的10个碱基，6亚基编码区的534个碱基(编码177个氨基酸)，101个碱基的间隔区以及α亚基编码区近5'端的495个碱基(编码164个氨基酸)。

By the medium of experiment and research to alkali-aggregate reaction of Shan XI Face Concrete,We discussed respectively from total alkali in concrete, alkali reactiveness of aggregate and damp environment that alkali-aggregate reaction may be damaged.

提要：本文通过珊溪面板混凝土碱骨料反应的试验研究，分别从混凝土总碱量，骨料的碱活性及发生碱骨料反应破坏的潮湿环境进行了论述，认为珊溪面板混凝土是安全的，不会发生碱骨料破坏。

Result: Glutin could make the absorption of jatrorrhizine, coptisine, berberine and total alkaloids increased by 30%. Tween 80 and arabic gum did not affect the absorption of berberine, but inhibit that of other alkaloids. There had no influence of lecithin on the absorption of alkaloids.

结果：明胶使药根碱、黄连碱、小檗碱和总生物碱的吸收均提高约30%；聚山梨醇酯和阿拉伯树胶对小檗碱的吸收无影响，而抑制其他3种生物碱和总碱的吸收；卵磷脂几乎不影响各生物碱的吸收。

The frequency of EST-SSRs was 6.3%. The dinucleotide repeat motif was the most abundant SSR, accounting for 71.8%, followed by 9.1%, 8.1%, 5.7% and 5.3%, respectively,for tri-, hexa-, penta- and tetra-nucleotide repeats.

结果表明，从绵羊皮肤组织相关的EST序列中搜索到微卫星209个，含有微卫星的序列196 个，占整个EST 序列数据库的6.3%，其中双碱基重复150个，三碱基重复19个，四碱基重复12个，五碱基重复17个，六碱基重复11个。

An alkaline solution containing mercaptides is regenerated in an improved process wherein the alkaline solution to be regenerated containing a suitable oxidation catalyst is contacted with an oxygen-containing solvent which is immiscible with said alkaline solution in a reaction zone comprising a plurality of fibers positioned longitudinally within a conduit, whereby the two liquids are in contact while concurrently flowing through said reaction zone during which the mercaptides contained in the alkaline solution are oxidized to disulfides and are simultaneously extracted from the alkaline solution into the solvent solution.

Secondly, we established the method of HPLC to determine the content of liensinine in order to control the quality of phenol total base of plumula nelumbinis. With the method we compared three different solvent extraction, and the result showed alcohol-acid water-organic solvent was the best solvent extraction.

使用HPLC法对莲子心酚性总碱中的莲心碱进行质量控制，对三种莲子心酚性总碱的提取方法进行了对比，通过三种溶剂法对莲子心总碱进行提取的实验，结果表明，醇一酸水一有机溶剂提取法提取效率最高，总碱提取率达11.25%，莲心碱提取率为1.20%，此方法操作简便，溶媒易得。

Background:Matrine is an active ingredient extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine called foxtail-like sophora herb and seed or sophorae radix which contains 98%of oxymatrine.Matrine is a kind of alkaloid which belongs to tetranuclear quinolizidine,and the active component is oxymatrine for it could be deoxidized easily into matrine to produce its effect at the condition of the human intestinal tract where there are bacterium,water,hot and so on.

Results Brucine and its liposome had significant inhibiting effect on transplanted tumor growth in mice. Inhibitory rates of brucine on Heps were 35.05% [1.61mg/], 43.70% [3.23mg/], and 46.09% [6.46mg/], while of its liposome on Reps was 45.41% 1.61mg/1 and 58.19% [3.23 mg/, respectively. The inhibitory rate of brucine on S180 was 37.59% [1.61 mg/], 36.13% 3.23mg/, and 38.87% [6.46 mg/, while of its liposome on S180 was 53.00% [1.61mg/] and 48.37% [3.23mg/], respectively. However, both of them had no distinct effect on prolonging the life of mice with transplanted tumor.

结果 马钱子碱及其脂质体能有效抑制实体瘤模型荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤生长，1.61、3.23、6.46mg/马钱子碱对Heps小鼠的抑瘤率分别为35.05%、43.70%和46.09%，而1.61、3.23mg/马钱子碱脂质体的抑瘤率分别为45.41%和58.19%；1.61%、3.23、6.46mg/马钱子碱对S180小鼠的抑瘤率分别为37.59%、36.13%和35.57%，而1.61和3.23mg/马钱子碱脂质体的抑瘤率分别为53.00%和48.37%，明显高于马钱子碱；但两者对腹水瘤模型荷瘤小鼠的生存时间均无延长作用。
