Methods:We selected a group of 164 healthy volunteers and MRI scan in lumbosacral spine was performed for everyone.We obtained some measurements on MR workstation after exams such as: Antero-posterior diameter of the epidural fat located ventrally and dorsally to the dural sac of S_1 to S_5 level.We obtained mean distances and standard deviation s of all the values and then made a conclusion.

选择164例正常成年人(平均年龄41.4岁)行腰骶椎磁共振扫描，分别测量骶椎各水平前、后硬膜外脂肪的厚度，获得均数及标准差，并以性别、年龄及体重指数分组，进行组间比较及相关因素分析。
