Purpose: 1.0x0.4cm laminectomies were performed in 8 healthy adult rabbits at L3 and L5. One of the defeats was left alone as control,the other defect was covered with Fibrin Glue.The FG was polymerized to be stable membrane after 3-5 minites. The animals were sacrificed in 4 weeks after the operation.
