硬化

For the shortages of explosives used on explosive hardening at present, a new polymer bonded plastic plosive is developed.

针对目前爆炸硬化所用炸药的性能不足，研制出一种高聚物粘结塑性炸药，利用该塑性炸药对高锰钢辙叉进行爆炸硬化。

The study on the hardening mechanism of the soft soil with the materials shows that the hardening procedure can be divided into three stages:(1). Hydrating and dissolving stage, when material A and material B of the high-water-content and quick-setting materials respectively dissolve and balance in water.(2). Gel and consolidating stage, when the materials hydrate into calcium crystal and the ion exchange and aggregation of soil particles occur in an alkaline environment.(3). the structure developing stage, when the calcium crystals connect each other, absorb and crystallize the water around; the hydrate remnants, calcium hydroxide, carbonate continuously in water and in the air.

本文对高水速凝材料-软土硬化机理的研究表明，高水速凝材料-软土的硬化过程可分为三个阶段：①水化溶解阶段：主要为高水速凝材料的甲、乙料分别与水的溶解、维持平衡阶段；②胶凝固化阶段：主要为高水速凝材料的水化反应生成钙矾石晶体以及土颗粒在碱性环境中发生离子交换和团粒化作用；③强度增长阶段：钙矾石晶体相互连接，大量吸收周围环境中的水分，并将水分变成自己的结晶水；水化残余物氢氧化钙在水中和空气中发生碳酸化作用。

(1)The levels of MCP-1 and VEGF'levels was significant increased in CHD patients,Compared with controls, It was implicated that they might take part in the actions of informing atherosderotic plaques;(2)The serum level of MCP-1 and VEGF were elavated step by stey among the group of controls、SAP、UAP、AMI, It was thought they might develop the matter on the stability of atherosderotic plaques;(3)The serum level of MCP-1 and VEGF were positive correlated with 7-TIMI risk score, It prompt that MCP-1 and VEGF was the reactiveness markers of coronary artery process ,and developed the risk to major acute cardiac events.

(1)血清MCP-1、VEGF水平在冠心病患者中显著升高，提示MCP-1、VEGF可能在促进冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的过程中起重要作用；(2)血清MCP-1、VEGF水平在对照组、各冠心病亚组(SAP、UAP、AMI组)之间逐级升高，提示MCP-1、VEGF可能增加了冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的不稳定性；(3)联合检测MCP-1、VEGF的灵敏度\特异度上升，证明临床上联合检测二者血清指标意义大；并且血清MCP-1、VEGF水平和7-TIMI积分呈正相关性，7-TIMI积分高的患者血清MCP-1、VEGF水平也高，说明它们能作为冠脉病变的活动性标志物，可能成为评价主要心血管恶性事件的危险性的相关指标。

The results show that the microstructures of these three kinds of coating are different from those of the matrix (20 steel). The wear resistance of the flame spray coating is 4. 9 times that of the matrix. This is caused by the existance of hard noncrystal microparticals. The wear resistance of the coating by flame spray welding is 6. 3 times that of the matrix. The reason is that the fine crystal grains can be formed and the solution strengthening, dispersion hardening can be induced by these alloy elements. The resistance of the laser remelt coating is 8. 8 times that of the matrix. This is due to the solution strengthening, dispersion hardening and the existence of very hard dendritic crystal, eutectic and martensite in the microstructure.

作者指出，喷涂层由于层内有一定数量高硬度的合金非晶质点存在，其耐磨性是钢基体的4.9倍；喷熔层内合金晶化产生的晶粒细小，合金元素能起固溶强化作用，也能生成化合物产生弥散硬化作用，故此耐磨性是钢基体的6.3倍；激光涂敷层除所含合金元素产生的固溶强化和弥散硬化作用外，表层组织为高硬度的枝晶+共晶和马氏体，故其耐磨性是钢基体的8.8倍。

The result showed, of 50 CGN patients, 29 cases were MsPGN, 11 cases IgAN, 4 cases MN, 3 cases MPGN, 1 case ML, FSGS and PSGN. The completely remittent rate is 32%, and the partly remittent rate is 54%. The total effective rate is 86%. The total effective rate of MsPGN and IgAN is 96. 35% and 90.91% respectively, which are superior to that (50%) of other types (p.01 and p.05). The result show.

结果50例CGN患者中有系膜增生性肾炎29例，IgA肾病11例，膜性肾病4例，膜增生性肾炎3例，肾小球轻微病变、局灶性节段性肾小球硬化症、增生性硬化性肾小球肾炎各1例。50例患者的临床疗效为完全缓解率32％，部分缓解率54％，总有效率86％；其中MsPGN和IgAN总有效率分别为96.35％和90.91％，明显优于总有效率为50％的其他病理类型（P.01和P.05）。

Effects of dry temperature and dry time on properties of heat cured sand and the relationship with binder composition are as follows:sands bonded by binders that are not modified have high strength when dry temperature is high and dry time is long,but their anti-wettability power is poor . Sands bonded by binders that are modified by B but not modified by M can be dried quickly and sand strength is high but anti-wettability power is also poor. Sands bonded by binders that are modified by M but not modified by B can also be dried quickly to obtain maximum strength,then the strength becomes lower when they are dried continually for more time. and sand strength is high but anti-wettability power is also poor. Sands bonded by binders that are modified by M as well as by B at the same time can be dried quickly to obtain maximum strength at low temperature and short time. But the anti-wettability of sand mold is best when they are dried at high temperature and long time.

烘干温度和烘干时间对热硬砂性能的影响及其与粘结剂改性的关系是：未经改性剂B和改性剂M改性的粘结剂砂，脱水速度较慢，烘干温度越高，时间越长，则硬化强度也越高，但未经改性的粘结剂热硬砂的抗吸湿性较差；经改性剂B而不经改性剂M改性的粘结剂热硬砂，烘干硬化速度较快，强度也高，但在高湿度下的抗吸湿性不好；经改性剂M改性而不经改性剂B改性的粘结剂热硬砂，烘干时强度先随烘干时间升高至最大值后，继续烘干时强度又出现下降；经改性剂B和经改性剂M共同改性的粘结剂热硬砂能在短时间和较低的烘干温度下就可烘干到最高强度，即烘干脱水的速度较快，但试样的抗吸湿性差，若在更高温度和更长时间下烘干，试样的抗吸湿性得到改善，综合考虑烘干强度和抗吸湿性要求，对于φ30×30mm试样，理想的烘干温度是200℃，烘干时间20分钟。

The incidence of atherosclerotic plaque was mainly involved in femoral and popliteal artery. While the incidence of stenosis and obliterlation were mainly involved in the distal arteries below popliteal artery, especially, anterior tibial artery, posterior tibial artery and pedis dorsal artery.

结果 糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管管腔的硬化斑块、狭窄和闭塞的发生率明显高于对照组；硬化斑块的发生率以股动脉及腘动脉最为常见，而管腔狭窄、闭塞率以及腘动脉以下的远端动脉血管最为明显。
