The general design, manufacturing and development of hardware and software of control system were conducted in this dissertation. And the whole set of fabricated system including nozzle and three-dimensional worktable is designed and built by us. Consequently, a new generation rapid prototyping system (Air-pressure Jet Solidification system) has been developed.
