The alternative method of O-demethylation,methane sulfonic acid/DL-methionine and hydrobromic acid were investigated.

方法在以蒂巴因为原料，经氧化、氢化、酰化、氰化、去氧甲基、水解、N-烯丙基化得到纳洛酮的合成路线中，分别采用甲磺酸/DL-甲硫氨酸和氢溴酸代替三溴化硼进行去氧甲基化和后续水解反应。

Results The synthesis condition was improved. The method of methane sulfonic acid/DL-methionine was found an ideal substitute of BBr3 for less cost. While using hydrobromic acid, the O-demethylation and hydrolyzation could be combined in one stage.

结果 优化了纳洛酮的合成工艺，甲磺酸／DL-甲硫氨酸法试剂价格低廉，可降低生产成本；而氢溴酸法不但试剂价格更低，还可将去氧甲基化和水解合并为一步反应，使新工艺的总收率提高到59.90%，产品质量符合中国药典。

In this thesis, two classes nonquaternary Cholinesterase Reactivators (1,2,4-oxadiazole and a -ketothio Hydroximic Acids derivatives ) and some clinical therapy used reactivators added to almost 40 cases have been caculated by using Comparative Molecular Field Analysis,ab initio and molecular mechanism methods. Firstly, polyacrylamide with 26 million molecular weight was compounded in lab through establishing optimum compounding initiator proportionality of 1:1. 3 and mass concentration of 170 mgL^(-1), temperature of 10 ℃, acrylamide mass percentage of 25%, electrical conductivity of 3.6 μSm^(-1) and pH value of 6.57. The salt-resistance, thermal endurance and shear-resistance of polyacrylamide could be enhanced b introducing sulfonic acid group or styrene sulfonate group or drawing the two groups above at the same time. Secondly, chelator HEDP, bactericide isoquinoline ketone and oxygen scavenger thiourea were optimized to improve the compatibility of polyacrylamide and formation water.
