研究得出的最佳长寿命镀镍工艺为；硫酸镍25g/L，次亚磷酸钠30g/L，乳酸20ml/L，柠檬酸5g/L，乙酸钠15g/L，硫脲1～3mg/L，稳定剂E1mg／L镀液pH值5.0～5.1，施镀温度90±2℃，装载量1dm~2/L；每60min测量镀液中消耗的有效成分和补加浓缩液。
