In this paper, use the method of the orthogonal experiment study urea and potassium hydrate pulping of bagasse technical parameters,and then through two single factor optimize experiments,at last get the optimal technical parameters for the urea and potassium hydrate pulping of bagasse: urea charge 13%, potassium hydrate charge 5%, sulphidity 6%,liquor ratio 1 : 4,maximum temperature is 150℃,time at maximum temperature is 45min.

本论文用正交实验方法研究了碳酰胺和氢氧化钾蒸煮蔗渣的工艺条件，然后通过两次单因素优化实验，最终得到了碳酰胺和氢氧化钾蒸煮蔗渣的最佳工艺条件：尿素用量13％，氢氧化钾用量5％，硫化钾用量为6％，液比1：4，最高温度150℃，保温时间45min。

The IR results indicate that the surface of these phosphide catalysts is partiallysulfided while the structure of the phosphides is retained under HDS reactionconditions.
