METHODS: Raw silicon rubber and OMMT composites were mixed by a double-roller open refiner, and then sulfurized with the added vulcanizer at 170 ℃ for 10 minutes. Four kinds of film samples with different adhesive masses were prepared by a flat plate piercer, every 100 samples of silicon rubbers were seperatively supplemented with 0, 5, 7.5, 10 samples of amikacin-OMMT composite.

取生胶和抗菌负载蒙脱土用双辊开炼机混炼，然后加入硫化剂，用平板压力机压板制样，硫化温度170℃，硫化时间10min，制得4个不同胶料配方的胶，分别为每100份硅橡胶中添加0，5，7.5，10份丁胺卡那／蒙脱土复合材料。

Aiming at realizing monitoring of tyre capsule vulcanizer operating process, a masterslave control system was composed of configuration software and Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC. PLC was taken as lower machine to operating process of tyre capsule vulcanizer. Configuration software monitored the running state of tyre capsule vulcanizer realtimely, showed data in real time and recorded data in upper machine.

为实现对轮胎胶囊硫化机的工作过程的控制，采用组态软件和三菱FX2N系列PLC组成上、下位机系统，PLC作为下位机对轮胎胶囊硫化机的工作顺序实现控制，利用组态软件对胶囊硫化机的工作状态实行实时监控，实现数据动态显示、存储、报表等功能。

The effect of thermal and anaerobic ageing on the structure and properties of NR vulcanizates was studied.The crosslinking density and distribution of NR vulcanizates during ageing were determined with the method of devulcanization by using the chemical probes,and the physical and dynamic properties were also determined.

研究了热空气老化和真空老化对NR硫化胶结构和性能的影响，采用化学探测剂脱硫的方法测定了老化过程中NR硫化胶交联密度及交联键分布变化的情况，同时测定了硫化胶的力学性能和动态性能随时间变化的情况。

Some aggregates of the active elements appeared on the oxidic catalyst samples and the aggregates could be re-dispersed by sulfidation. The reduction and sulfidation ability of the regeneration catalysts were increased in low temperature region.

对催化剂氧化态和硫化态的表征结果表明，催化剂在失活—再生过程中，比表面等物理性质有一定的变化，再生催化剂活性组分发生聚集，该聚集体经硫化后可得到重新分散，催化剂的低温还原性和硫化性能增强。

结果表明，二段硫化温度越高，硫化时间越长，胶料的拉伸强度和定伸应力越大，硬度越高；而撕裂强度、伸长率、拉断永久变形以及压缩永久变形越小，其中胶料的硬度、拉伸强度、伸长率、压缩永久变形在一定时间后基本上趋于平衡，较好的二段硫化条件为150℃～160℃×3～4h。
