Triazophos was a type of low-toxic, high-effective and broad-spectrum phosphorothioate pesticide and acaricide, which was developed in 1970s. It was thought to become the substitution of other pesticide such as methamidophos and dimethoate, so it had a good potential of application.

High performance liquid chromatography was used to detect concentration of BP in the air of working sites and level of urinary 1-hydroxypyrene (1-OH-Py) of workers. Contents of acetylcholine in blood filtrate and activities of erythrocyte acetylcholinesterase were determined by Alky hydroxylamine chromatometry and DTNB methods, respectively.

Results:It is suggested that the drug significantly protectes liver from CCl4,thioacetamide and galactosamine in mice and rats,lowers the activity of enzyme ALT in serum,shorten the sleep duration of CCl4-damaged mice induced by embuter,inhibites HBsAg in vitro,and potentiates non-specific immunity in mice and rats.

In the complexes, the deprotonated ligand coordinated to the rare earth metal ions in chelate bidentate mode. 4 or 5 molecular of crystal water existed in the complexes.
