结果表明：随着水体Cd2+和Cr6+浓度的增加，大薸和穗状狐尾藻的可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸、叶绿素、丙二醛含量、硝酸还原酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性都是先升高后降低；随着Cd2+和Cr6+浓度的增加大薸超氧化物歧化酶活性先升后降；而穗状狐尾藻随着Cd2+浓度的增加SOD活性先升后降，随着Cr6+浓度的增加，SOD活性直线下降。
