This paper is to find out the best condition of the immobilized microbial beads to treat NH+4-N in fishery wastewater ,which is made from entrapping nitrobacteria with chitosan and alginate as entrapment carriers.

用壳聚糖和海藻酸钠作为载体，包埋固定化硝化细菌，制备固定化小球，处理养殖水体中的氨氮，寻找了固定化硝化细菌小球的最佳工艺条件。

Nitrobacteria in the sediment in Liaohe estuarine were investigated by MPN-Griess and MPN-PCR in spring, summer and autumn of 2007. The summarization of the results on temporal and spatial distribution of nitrobacteria in sediment was done.

采用MPN-Gtiess和MPN-PCR两种方法，于2007年春季（5月份）、夏季（8月份）和秋季（11月份）分3个航次，对辽河口区域沉积物中的硝化细菌进行了计数，并对硝化细菌在时间和空间上的分布进行了定量分析。

表现为连作条件下土壤真菌数量显著增大，放线菌数量总的变化趋势降低；土壤微生物总量、细菌数量变化在连作5年以上普遍降低，5年以下(包括5年)则变化差异不明显；氮素生理群中以氨化细菌为主，但数量变化不大；硝化细菌数量低于对照组，反硝化细菌数量则相反：多酚氧化酶、转化酶活性在5年之前逐渐上升，5年之后逐渐下降，，脲酶活性随着连作年限增加持续上升，过氧化氢酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性变化无规律。

The number of autoterophic bacteria were significantly lower than the heterotrophic bacteria. Majority of 21 strains of heterotrophic bacteria that isolated from water body were Pseudomonas. Majority of 25 strains of heterotrophic bacteria isolated from sediment were bacillus, microccus and Pseudomonas.Three genus of autotrophic bacteria were sulphuret bacteria, nitrify bacteria and nitrosobacteria that were capable of oxidizing H2S, S, FeS, oxidizing NH3 to NO2 and NO2 to NO3 respectively.

试验稚鳖池水中共分离出21株异养细菌，其中优势菌为假单胞杆菌属细菌；底泥中共分离出25株异养细菌，其中优势菌为芽胞杆菌属细菌，微球菌属细菌假单胞菌属细菌，三种自养细菌分别为具有氧化硫化氢、元素硫或硫化亚铁的硫细菌；具有氧化氨为亚硝酸的亚硝化细菌和能将亚硝酸进一步转化成硝酸的硝化细菌。

In this paper, adopted augmenting culture in nitrite bacteria culture media and the method of silica gel plate isolation,31 strains of bacteria were isolated from vegetable garden soil of our school. The color reaction test was carried out with Griess reagent and culture fluid, which was regarded as the index to determine producing NO2- or not. 13 strains which color were deep were obtained and they were further rescreened by doing nitrite test. A strain N4(coded N4,the same to the following)with higher rate of nitrosification was picked up after rescreened; A strain B08( coded B08 ,the same to the following) with higher rate of denitrification was obtained after isolated and rejuvenated from our lab conserving mixed denitrifying bacteria culture.

本研究采用亚硝化细菌富集培养基选择培养和硅胶平板分离法，从本校农场菜园土中分离到31株细菌，以格利斯试剂对培养液的反应颜色深浅作为指标衡量其产NO_2~-的多少，经初筛从分离株中筛选出13株格利斯试剂反应颜色较深的菌株，再对这13株菌作亚硝化试验，最终选出一株亚硝化速率较高的菌株(编号为N_4，下同)；另外，通过对本实验室保存的反硝化细菌混合菌液进行分离复壮，筛选出一株反硝化速率高的菌株编号为B_
