Based on the previous studies and combined with the national important scientific special item—the projection of water environment improvement and comprehensive demonstration in Suzhou city. The influence to water quality melioration under different conditions of packing types, stuffing rate, air supply and hydraulic loading using water of Miaojia river as experiment water sample; the water contaminate removal ability by the absorption and interception of charcoal filling and the research of the denitrification rate of charcoal filling were discussed in the paper. Furthermore, the activity of the biofilm on savageness and artificialness filling surface in the projection demonstration riverway were also analyses.

本人在总结前人研究的基础上，结合国家重大科技专项——苏州城市水环境质量改善与综合示范项目，研究了不同填料基质、填充率、曝气量、水力负荷条件下生物填料对苏州城市重污染河道水质的改善效果；木炭填料吸附、截留作用对水体污染物去除能力及其反硝化脱氮能力；分析了项目示范区河道内天然填料及人工填料挂膜成熟的生物膜活性。

In this paper, we thought about environmental protection, the cost of material, the feasibility of industrialization, workup easily, and obtained 2,3(1H,4H)-quinoxalinedion, 6-nitro-2,3(1H,4H)-quinoxalinedion, 6,7-dinitro-2,3(1H,4H)–quinoxalinedion, 2,3-dichlo- roquinoxaline, 6–nitro-2,3-dichloroquinoxaline,and 6,7- initro-2,3-dichloro-quinoxaline. A more reasonable, easily, efficient and simple reactive route to synthesize above-mentioned compounds was developed by systematically investigating the yield, the purity and physical character of intermediates.

本文针对喹喔啉及其芳环硝化、杂环氯代的合成进行研究，主要考虑了环保性、原料成本、产业化的可行性、反应操作的简便性等问题，获得了2，3(1H，4H)-喹喔啉二酮、6-硝基-2，3(1H，4H)-喹喔啉二酮、6，7-二硝基-2，3(1H，4H)-喹喔啉二酮、2，3-二氯喹喔啉、6-硝基-2，3-二氯喹喔啉和6，7-二硝基-2，3-二氯喹喔啉等六个中间体，考察了反应产物的产率、纯度和性状等因素，得到了更为合理、方便、实用、简洁的可供产业化的合成路线。

The thermal behaviors of CL-20 mixed with three binders (NC+NC, PET and PBT at 160-200℃ were investigated by NBK LAWA gasometric measuring system. The thermal behaviors were described from the changes of evolved gases and decomposition kinetics. Results show that the apparent activation energies of CL-20 and its mixed systems with, PET and PBT are 176.68, 176.31, 136.12 and 127.0 kJmol^(-1), respectively.
