Simultaneity, the adsorption energies of single Si adatom on the H-terminated Si (100) surfaces are specially mapped out in this paper, from which the favorite binding sites and possible diffusion pathways have been achieved. The variety of the diffusion anisotropy with the coverage transforming is obtained. The energy barriers of the adatom diffusion are found to be higher than that on the clean surface, because the H atoms saturate the dangling bonds of the surface Si atoms.

同时，本文研究了附加硅原子在理想H-terminated Si(100)表面的沉积扩散行为，计算得到了一系列沉积点和可能的扩散路径；讨论分析了扩散行为的各向异性以及氢覆盖率对各向异性影响的规律，并且发现附加硅原子在H-terminated Si(100)表面上的扩散势垒比在清洁Si(100)表面上的高，我们认为这主要是因为氢原子饱和了表面上硅原子的悬挂键，提高了扩散势垒。

Silicalite in Golug, Xinrenlang and Lhazê in the Gangdisê tectonic belt is characterized by unclear negative Ce anomaly characteristic of epicontinental or neritic sediment, while silicalite in Gyüzê La-Jiaqing area is characterized by weak negative Ce anomaly characteristic of sediment in transitional belt between oceanic basin and continental margin.

Both catalytic activity and selectivity of Ru(PPh_3)_3Cl_2 were improved in ionic liquid BMImPF_6/DME medium.The conversion of hexene and selectivity ofβ-adduct for the hydrosilylation reaction of 1-hexene with triethoxysilane catalyzed by Ru(PPh_3)_3Cl_2 in ionic liquid BMImPF_6DME (V/V=1/4) medium at 90℃were 100% and 89.0%,respectively.

The silicon-acrylic latices with core-shell structures were prepared by means of a"two-stage"emulsion copolymerization. The effect of constituents and proportion of core and shell parts on the properties of latex film were investigated, and their applications in water-borne wood coatings and elastic coatings were explored. The results indicate that wood coating and elastic silicon-acrylic coatings with good performance and zero VOC content can be prepared by suitable design of structure of silicon-acrylic latex particles.

通过&两段&乳液聚合的方法合成了具有芯／壳结构的硅丙乳液，研究了芯／壳乳液粒子结构及组成比例对聚合物漆膜性能的影响，并探讨了芯／壳乳液在水性木器涂料及弹性涂料中的应用，结果表明，通过对硅丙乳液粒子的结构设计，可以获得性能优良的零VOC含量的木器涂料和弹性硅丙涂料。

"Half-water-hydrolysis"method is used to modify the preaminolysis of phenylenediamine in"step coupling polymerization". First, dehydrochlorination polycondensation between Si-OH and Si-Cl group during polycondensation reaction is employed instead of dehydration reaction between Si-OH groups before, which avoids the disconnection of Si-N bond destreyed by isolated water and improves the H-bonding template effect of the bridged-phenylenediamine.

探索用&半水水解-脱氯化氢缩聚&法对我组过去提出的&全水水解法&的预胺解法加以改进，经&半水水解&得到的含硅羟基和硅氯基的单体再以脱氯化氢代替脱水的方法减少了极性溶剂存在下游离水断裂梯撑模板的硅-氮键的可能性，有效地提高了对苯二胺梯撑中氢键的模板作用。

The experimental results shows, if the ratio between MS-1 and OP-10 rangs from 1:1 to 3:l,and the total dosage of them is about 20% of Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4 ) in quality, we can obtain a kind of stable seeded emulsion of organic silicone modified acrylic ester emulsion. At the same time, if the ratio between MS-1 and Tetramethylammonium Chlorideis l:1.7,the total dosage is about 50% of D4 in quality; the ratio between MS-1 and Cetyltrimethylammonium Chlorineis 7:1, the total dosage is about 25% of D4 in quality,we can also obtain stable seeded emulsions. But if the complex emulsifier system is made of TMAC and OP-10, MS-1 and Peregal O or CTAC and Span-80, we can not synthesize any kind of satisfactory seeded emulsions.

实验结果表明：当MS-1与OP-10的质量比为1：1～3：1，总用量为八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_4)的20％左右时，可合成稳定性良好的硅丙种子乳液；MS-1与四甲基氯化铵的质量比为1：1.7，总用量为D_4的50％左右，MS-1与十六烷基三甲基氯化铵的质量比为7：1，总用量为D_4的25％左右时，亦能得到稳定的硅丙种子乳液；而TMAC与OP-10、MS-1与Peregal O以及CTAC与Span-80的复合体系作为乳化剂时均不能得到满意的硅丙种子乳液。

The results from the experiment are: the amount of all micro-powders that grain sizes are less 0.044 mm should be less than 35% in weight, and the value of coarse q and attenuate q should be respectively 0.23 and 0.32, and the additive amount of active a-alumina and calcium alumina cement should be respectively 7% and 4% in weight, meanwhile, the best dispersant is PMAA-NH4 in the non-microsilica system; while the value of two q should be respectively 0.21 and 0.29, the amount of active a-alumina, microsilica and calcium alumina cement should be respectively 6%, 2% and 4% in weight, the best dispersants are sodium hexamer taphosphate and Na2P3Oio in the microsilica system.

依照上述实验方法得出刚玉自流浇注料所必备的条件：刚玉自流浇注料中的细粉(-0.044mm)总量应小于35％；在无硅微粉系统中的Andreassen公式的粗端q值和细端q值分别为0.23和0.32，氧化铝微粉、水泥的最佳加入量是7％、4％，且所使用的分散剂为改性聚丙烯酸钠最好，而在含硅微粉系统中的Andreassen公式的粗端q值和细端q值分别为0.21和0.29，氧化铝微粉、硅微粉和水泥的最佳加入量为6％、2％和4％，最好合用三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠作为分散剂。
