基于碱金属对高炉冶炼的上述危害,本文结合湘钢高炉的实际生产情况,通过理论分析、计算以及其他钢厂防治碱害的经验,提出防治高炉碱害的措施:1、减少入炉原、燃料的碱金属含量;2、提高烧结矿中的MgO含量、降低炉渣碱度、降低生铁含硅量、适当增加渣量;3、采用预还原的金属化球团或部分还原的烧结矿;4、提高焦炭的抗碱能力;5采用抗碱侵蚀的耐火材料;6、周期性性洗炉,以有效地减少碱金属在高炉内的循环富集,降低碱金属对高炉的危害,提高高炉的冶炼强度,降低焦比,改善高炉透气性。

Abstract] Objective To Treating the nano-SiO2 particle by silicon coupling reagent, functionalize the SiO2 by making double bond on its surface. Polymerizing on the surface of nano-SiO2 surface by the method called emulsion polymerization, the nano-SiO2 is covered by polymer to get the PMMA-KH-570-nano-SiO2 complex material. Test the surface structure of the surface of nano-SiO2 by FTIR, and test sort of its mechanical performances.Comparing the treated nano-SiO2 which is directly dispended in the PMMA emulsion with the SiO2 without any treatment, we are trying to find an effective method which can not only increase the dispersion of SiO2, but also improve the mechanical performance of the artificial teeth.

Based on the deterioration mechanism of corrosive medium, a lot of polymer such as ternary-polymer, adding-felt addition, hydrophobe and polypropylene fiber were added to enhance the performance of anti-corrosion, anti-penetration, conglutination and anti-cracking of original cementious material. The microstrure of cementious material was changed from the simplex hydration product of cement to the superposition structure of the hydrolysate of polymer and the hydration product of cement. A lot of the corrosive ions were prevented from the interior of concrete by this stable structure. The results of tryout indicated that the mending material has the good effect at the corrosion form of corrosive medium.

Based on above studies, some main conclusions were obtained as follows : 1 the diatoms forming mats in low latitude west pacific is"shade flora"diatom Ethmodiscus rex Hendey; 2 the sites found diatom mats are zone distributed, the direction is NW-SE and most distribute in the deep water area with flat seafloor, between 17°N~20°N and the water depth 4837-6150 m below Carbonate Compensation Depth (CCD 3) AMS 14C dates show that the sediments rich in diatom mats occurred during 16.0 ~ 28.6 ka B.P., which means the bloom mainly occurred in last glacial maximum, while there are not diatom mats deposits in other layers; 4 A total of 101 diatom taxa belonging to 40 genera had been identified from the 155 samples in the two cores WPD 03 and WPD 12, and the relative percentage of Thalassionema frauenfeldii are the highest, Thalassionema nitzschioides、Azpeitia nodulifera、Hemidiscus cuneiformis、Nitzschia marina take the second place.

A computer-aided local transient flow property measuring system was developed using a high speed CCD camera coupled with optical fibers in order to study the Gas-liquid-solid three-phase jet loop reactors. SnO2 crystal films were orientally deposited on the alkoxysilane molecule-coated hydroxyl glass substrates so as to prepare surface-marked particles as the tracers. An image analysis system was established to identify different phases. Stroboscopic photography was utilized to extend the measure range. The developed measuring and analysis system was capable of determining accurately the local transient flow property in a G-L-S jet loop reactor. Based on the above system, local transient flow properties of gas, liquid, and solid phase were measured and studied the influences of fluid property, operation and configuration parameters on the reactor.

Two times hydrolyzation of Fe~(3+) and Cr~(3+) was firstly pointed out in the process of pillar preparation with hydrothermal method. In order to improve the thermal stability, Fe/Cr-Si-pillaring agent solution was synthesized by hydrolyzing Fe~(3+) and Cr~(3+) solution on the surface of silica sol, and Fe/Cr-Si-pillared montmorillonite (Fe/Cr-Si-PILM) was prepared with conventional method and hydrothermal method. Because the technical innovation of preparation is the best way to improve the PILM properties, two novel methods (Microwave method and Ultrasonication method) have been studied to synthesize Fe/Cr-PILM.In order to expand PILMs new application in the field of coal conversion, catalytic activity of Fe/Cr-Si-PILM catalyst in LongKou lignite and ShenHua coal residue liquefaction was discussed and characterized in the last part of this paper.

The experimental results denoted that the finer pearlite along the austenite boundaries in the as-cast Cr30Ni20NRE steel disappeared first under long-term and high-temperature service condition, and that an umber of Cr- richened carbides were formed due to unila-teral carburizing at long-term and high- temperature, consequently causing Ni to concentrate, bulging and calalyzing decomposition of the carburizing gas.
