运用种子乳液聚合工艺以OP-10/JFC/戊醇非离子复合乳化剂合成了具有核-壳结构的有机硅-丙烯酸酯微乳液，研究了复合乳化剂类型、丙烯酸酯单体、有机硅单体加入方式和含量、pH值、硫醇对微乳液聚合过程中稳定性和光泽度的影响，通过差示扫描量热仪和透射电镜对微乳液的结构进行了表征。

Transmission Electron Microscope and other properties testing results show that the complex emulsifier system is the crucial influence factor of the polymerization process and the properties of products. It may influence the coagulum content and reaction rate of the polymerization process, the performance, particle diameter,viscosity, electrolyte stability and storage stability of the emulsion products and the contact angle of the film.The initiator mainly influences the coagulum content and reaction rate.The acrylic monomers mainly influence the solid content, Minimum Film Formation Temperature of the emulsion and the Glass Transition Temperature of the film.The organic silicone monomer mainly influences the water absorption of the film.The reaction temperature mainly influences the reaction rate and conversion.The stirring intensity mainly influences the coagulum content of the polymerization process.

透射电镜等性能测试结果显示：复合乳化剂体系是硅丙共聚乳液的聚合过程及产品性能的主要影响因素，它可以对聚合过程的凝胶率、反应速率以及乳液的外观、粒径、粘度、耐电解质稳定性及贮存稳定性，还有乳液涂膜的接触角等造成不同程度的影响；引发剂主要影响反应速率和凝胶率；丙烯酸酯单体主要影响到乳液的固含量、最低成膜温度以及涂膜的玻璃化转变温度，有机硅单体主要影响涂膜的吸水率等；聚合反应温度主要影响乳液的反应速率和转化率等；搅拌强度主要是影响到聚合过程的凝胶率。

Using B Grade bauxite as bone material and A Grade bauxite as powder,different binder composition castable for permanent lining fo fundish were studied,with cyanite and sillimanite as expansion additives and Zimujie clay as sinter additive and plastic additive.

The method adopts the following steps: after mixed, phosphorus source, silicon source, aluminum source, an organic template agent, water and a precursor of the SAPO molecular sieve are hydrothermally crystallized for at least 0.1 hour at the temperature ranging from 110 to 260 DEG C to obtain the SAPO molecular sieve; wherein, the preparation method for the precursor of the SAPO molecular sieve has the following steps:, the molar ratio is 0.03 to 0.6 R:(Si0.01 to 0.98: Al 0.01 to 0.6: P0.01 to 0.6): 2 to 500 H2O; wherein, R stands for mixture solution of raw materials which is blended by the phosphorus source, the silicon source, the aluminum source, the an organic template agent and water of the template agent;, the mixture solution of raw materials prepared in step reacts at the temperature which is at least 50 DEG C lower than the crystallization temperature for at least 0.1 hour.

本发明通过采用包括以下步骤：将磷源、硅源、铝源、有机模板剂、水和SAPO分子筛前驱体混合后在110～260℃的温度下水热晶化至少0.1小时获得SAPO分子筛；其中SAPO分子筛的前驱体的制备包括以下步骤：将摩尔配比为0.03～0.6R∶(Si0.01～0.98∶Al0.01～0.6∶P0.01～0.6)∶2～500H 2 O，式中R代表模板剂的磷源、硅源、铝源、有机模板剂和水混合成原料混合液；将步骤制备的原料混合液在低于晶化温度至少50℃的温度下反应至少0.1小时的技术方案较好地解决了该问题，可应用于含氧化合物制烯烃催化剂的制备过程。
