Preliminary results indicated that 1.2% zuelaemycin EW provided excellent control of apple canker. The control efficacy of 1.2% zuelaemycin EW with ED50 was 28.7 mg/kg, superior to that of asomate with ED50 of 35.6 mg/kg. Toxicity of 1.2% zuelaemycin EW was 1.24 times higher than that of 40% asomate WP. The apple tree,s wound healing treated by 1.2% zuelaemycin EW was 49.94%, superior to that of asomate. The relative control efficacy of zuelaemycin was 88.17%.

结果表明，瑞拉菌素对苹果树腐烂病病菌的抑制作用效果优于福美砷，有效中量ED50分别为28.7、35.6 mg/kg；1.2%瑞拉菌素水乳剂的毒力效果是40%福美砷WP的1.24倍；1.2%瑞拉菌素水乳剂涂治后的伤口愈合率为49.94%，明显优于40%福美砷WP的伤口愈合率，其相对防效达到88.17%。

A field trial for plant density has been used for practical remediation in 2004 and 2005, it has four treatments, 10 cm×10 cm、20 cm×20 cm、10 cm×40 cm and 40 cm×40 cm, respectively.
