Methods Forty nine cases of traumatic hepatorrhexis from 1996 to 2001 were studied and the relation between 13 signs found at admission, liver traumatic division of USA, blood loss, and prognosis was analyzed.

方法将 1996～ 2 0 0 1年我院收治的外伤所致的 4 9例肝破裂患者入院时的 13项指标、美国肝脏损伤分级标准、出血量和预后(并发症的发生率和死亡率)的关系进行分析。

Some evidence indicates that the combination of extrinsic, intrinsic and genetic factors all play a role to cause the disc degeneration, with a progressive decrease in proteoglycan content leading to dehydration of the nucleus pulposus, and Type Ⅰ collagen begins to appear in the matrix, the ratio between Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ increases. All these cause the swelling pressure, disc height and the disc load bearing ability decrease. The disc progressively herniate and cause radiculopathy and myelopathy.

内因、外因及遗传方面的诸多因素导致椎间盘逐步退变后，其实质就是基质中蛋白多糖的减少，含水量降低，Ⅰ型胶原出现在基质中，Ⅰ、Ⅱ型胶原的比例明显上升，髓核呈纤维样改变，导致椎间盘的膨胀压降低，承重能力下降，椎间高度降低，椎间盘承受的重力不能平均地向各方向传递，致使纤维环疲劳、破裂、髓核突出，造成脊髓或马尾神经受压，引起严重后果。

结果 电镜下，实验组大鼠海马齿状回门区和CA1区内可见散在的凋亡神经元，凋亡神经元主要表现为核周染色体的聚集和凝结成块，其核膜表现为皱缩和扭曲，在晚期凋亡的神经元有时可见核膜破裂。
