With the development of new curriculum reform, in order to have a better implement on inquiry teaching in general middle school physics class, we investigated on practice implement status in quo in Chongqing No 48 junior middle school physics class by using case study ,comprehensive using different methods such as interview, questionnaire, class observation and literature analysis. By investigation we find some problems existed, discuss on basic idealities and discuss the implementary strategies in junior middle school physics teaching, then put forward some suggestions for its further development.

随着新课程改革的深入进行，为了在普通中学物理教学中更好地实施探究教学，本文采取个案研究方式，综合运用访谈、问卷调查、课堂观察及文献综述等多种方法，对重庆48中初中物理课堂探究教学实施现状进行研究，发现了其中存在的问题，探讨了初中物理教学的基本理念与实施策略，并为其进一步发展提出了建议。

Quasi-Experimental Research is adopted in this study. The subjects are 70 third-grade students in two classes from an elementary school in Wen-Shan District, Taipei. The students are grouped into the experimental group and the control group; each group is composed of thirty-five students. The experimental curriculum proceeds for sixteen periods within eight weeks. Both groups are given pretests and posttests by undertaking "Reading Literacy Questionnaire" and "Reading Attitude Questionnaire."

本研究采准实验研究法，以台北市文山区某国小两班三年级之学童为研究对象，将受试学生分为实验组（35人）和控制组（35人），以融入多媒体CAI进行为期近二个月共十六节课的成语故事阅读教学，并以研究者自编之「阅读成效问卷」及「阅读态度问卷」分别对实验组与控制组学童进行前测、后测；再辅以研究者自编之「多媒体CAI教学活动感想问卷」，进一步了解实验组学童对多媒体CAI教学课程的感想。

The study's subjects were 169 students at the university korfball classes in Taiwan. The questionnaire tiled '' Students' Need Scale'' and ''Satisfaction of Teacher's Teaching Scale'' were used as research survey instrument.

本研究建议，应对现行的临床辅导员教学课程做通盘的检视，将「不知如何评估护生的基本能力」、「无法引发护生学习的动机」、「不知如何设计教学活动」、「不知如何评量学生」及「不喜欢教学」五项教学能力作为临床教育之参考，除此之外，建议临床辅导员进行临床教学之前需进行教学训练，主动提供临床辅导员临床教学相关技能；本研究结果亦发现，年龄较高、进阶层级较高、护理工作总年资较低及自愿担任临床辅导员的护理人员的自觉教学困难较低，故建议未来在遴选临床辅导员过程中可以列入以上的条件，可减少临床辅导员自觉的教学困难。
