The correlation between signal attenuation and moisture absorption of the cable is studied,and a measurement method for cable moistureproof performance by using transmission attenuation is proposed.

研究了信号衰减与电缆吸潮的相关关系，提出以传输衰减表征线缆防潮性能的测量方法；安排了正交试验，并对试验结果及诸影响因素进行了讨论，提出了绝缘芯线外层的防潮措施。

Studied the extraction and purification of glycyrrhiza acid from licorice residue,obtained the better process condition through effect factors and orthotropic experiments,the yield of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate was 1.45% and content was 95%.

对超临界萃取后固形物提取纯化甘草酸的工艺进行了研究，通过影响因素试验和正交试验得出最佳工艺条件，甘草酸铵收率1.45％，纯度95％。

Based on the noise theory and experi mentation ,the author founded the onli ne method to test current noise , validated the relation bet ween te mperature ,aperture and pressure with current noise .This paper firstly analyzed gener— ati ng mechanis mof discharge niose ,studied the measure and factor of discharge niose ,i ndicated an effective method for degradi ng the discharge noise ,which pro moted the performance of laser gyro fro m0.01°／h to 0.001°／h.

文中以氦氖气体激光器的噪声特性理论为指导，以试验研究为基础，建立了在线噪声电流测试方法，通过试验验证了温度、腔体毛细孔径、谐振腔充气气压等参数与放电噪声的关系，首次提出了放电噪声产生的机理，分析了电流噪声的检测方法及影响因素，给出了减小和抑制放电噪声的有效方法，使得激光陀螺的性能由0.01°／h 提高到0.001°／h。

MATERIALS AND METHODS: Using Ames test and mouse lymphoma assay to evaluate the mutagenic effects of three kinds of hair restorers.

材料与方法：运用 Ames 试验、小鼠淋巴瘤细胞试验对3种育发剂的致突变性进行研究。

Secondly, Bifidobacterium medium was developed using JAJ as main material. The results showed that: Adding Tryptone,soy peptone.beef extract,com extract and Cys-HCl to JAJ could obviously promote the growth of Blm and Bbm;By the orthogonal experiment of three elements and three levels,a satisfying JAJ compound medium was acquired which included corn extract(0.3%), soy peptone(0.05%)and Cys-HCl(0.025%).Nextly,after establishing a selective Bifidobacterium medium, the effects of JAJ on the growth of Bifidobacteria in vivo were studied,using healthy mouse of Kunming species as experimental animal.

研究了以菊芋汁为主要原料的双歧杆菌培养基，大量试验结果表明，在菊芋汁中添加胰蛋白胨、牛肉膏、大豆蛋白胨、玉米浆和半胱氨酸盐酸盐等成分，对双歧杆菌有明显的促进生长作用；利用大豆蛋白胨、玉米浆和半胱氨酸盐酸盐设计了三因素三水平的正交试验，确定了菊芋汁复合培养基的优化配方：菊芋汁+0.3％玉米浆+0.05％大豆蛋白胨+0.025％半胱氨酸盐酸盐。

In addition, under the above-selected nitrosification condition, the immobilized cells N4 and B08 were used for the combined short-cut biodenitriflcation with the ratio of immobilized cells 1:1 and the seed volume 15%, 27h the denitrogenation efficiency reached 97.53%; the immobilized cells N4 and B08 were used to do denitrogenation application test on eutrophic lake water of our school, 12h the NH4+-N removal rate was 84.06%.

在以上所选亚硝化条件下，按1：1的比例，亚硝化细菌N_4和反硝化细菌B_(08)固定化细胞接种量为15％，广西大学硕士学位论文固定化微生物捷径生物脱氮的研究作联合捷径脱氮试验，27h脱氮率为97.53%；并作本校富营养化湖水的脱氮应用试验，处理12h，NH4十一N去除率为84.06%。
