This paper dealed with the immunnodulation tests of white wax scale in specific and unspecific immunity. The result showed that the IgM in high dose group was clearly higher than that of the control in serolysin test. Lymphocyte transformation and propagation in mice were notable in high dose group.

The surface component of test samp les was measured by FT2IR Spectrometer and Electron Energy Disperse Spectroscopy. The p roperties of polyurea coating under two testing conditionswas analyzed.
