The special tribo-electdc tester with high sliding speed and electric current was developed,which mail working parameters are, current density up to 2.5 A/mm~2, the sliding speed 100 m/s,the load over 500 N (3.2 MPa) and the pulsant strike pressure within 20 N. This testersuccessfully simulates the tribological and electric properties of strip materials. 2, By using the above tester, study on tdbological properties and carrying currentperformances of copper-base powder metallurgy material and metal impregnation carbonmaterial are carded out.

本论文开展的主要研究内容和所取得的成果如下： 1、首次开发了大电流、高速度和重载荷的载流摩擦磨损专用试验机，能够稳定提供恒定交流电流密度2.5 A／mm~2，相对滑动速度100 m／s(12000 r／min)，载荷可达500 N(3.2MPa)，脉动冲击载荷可达20 N，为研究提速接触网和滑板的高速载流摩擦学特性及其机理，以及开发新型高耐磨性、高载流性能滑板材料提供了先进可靠的试验手段(该机已获得一项实用新型专利，ZL 2006 2 0096036.5)。

As results, TEM showed characteristic ultrastructure morphology of apoptosis cell with chromatin marginal condense, nucleus pycnosis, mitochondrion vacuoles and cell shrinkage in IR injury group and no apoptosis cells in control group. Increased TUNEL-positive cell and typical DNA laddering were found and cells apoptotic rate were approximately 20% by flow cytometry assay in experimental groups.

值得探讨。本试验通过流式细胞仪、生物电镜、TUNEL法、RT-PCR以及DNA电泳等试验方法研究了带血供同种异体骨移植过程的细胞凋亡现象，并检测了Fas、FasL、Caspase-1、Caspase-3、Bcl-2等凋亡相关基因在IR损伤时的表达及变化情况，初步探讨了骨移植时IR损伤中细胞凋亡的发生机制及其在IR损伤中的生物学意义，希望为今后更深入的研究打下一定基础。

The conclusions are showed as followed:1. This paper demonstrated that microbe adapt better to the environment of system and have better fastness when the organic loading is variational as soon as the reaction is startuped naturally;2. Considering the relation between the activity of microorganism and temperature and taking energy into account, the reaction is runed in 24?

所得的结论如下：一、通过试验证实，采用自然挂膜启动酸化反应装置，生物膜对反应器内的环境适应能力较强，具有较强的抗负荷冲击能力；二、结合微生物活性与温度关系，并以低能耗为原则，确定反应装置运行温度为(24±1)℃；三、结合TTC-比脱氢酶活性与pH值关系，在试验研究过程中加入异波折板高效水解酸化废水处理技术的初步研究碳酸钠溶液，提高反应装置内废水的碱度，增强系统的缓冲能力。

1.Preliminary studys on the carotid artery parameters Detected by Intracavitary Convex Array ProbePurpose and SignificanceFinal results of The North American Symptomatic Carotid Endarterectomy Trial and the MRC European Carotid Surgery Trial displayed that carotid artery must be observed intimately when stegnosis degree is higher than 50%and it must have an operation or interventional therapy in time when stegnosis degree is higher than 70%.

1、腔内凸阵超声探头检测颈动脉参数的初步研究目的和意义北美有症状颈动脉内膜剥脱试验(The North American Symptomatic CarotidEndarterectomy Trial NASCET)和欧洲颈动脉手术试验(European Carotid SurgeryTrial，ECST)研究结果显示，当颈动脉狭窄程度超过50%时要密切观察病情变化，当狭窄程度超过70%时要及时手术或介入治疗，治疗后可大幅降低脑梗死的发生率。

本文分别进行了2根粘贴碳纤维布受弯加固梁和1根钢筋混凝土对照梁的受弯试验研究及2根碳纤维布U形箍+压条受剪加固梁和1根钢筋混凝土对照梁的受剪试验研究，分析对比了对照梁、直接加固梁、压裂卸荷后再加固梁三者的挠度、裂缝、极限荷载等工作性能。

To study the basic mechanical performance of reinforced concrete column strengthened by circular steel jacket,a set of experimental work was carried out.1 contrast unstrengthened square reinforced concrete column and 10 reinforced concrete columns strengthened by circular steel jacket were tested under axial loading.

Second, the paper is collected and analyzed the study results of interface properties on reinforced material. Then the paper presents the contents and results of interface properties on uniaxial oriented geogrid, warp knitting geogrid, woven geotextile and unwoven geotextile placing in three different kinds of soils.
