In this study, different nano-hydroxyapatite particles,HAP_1(25-60nm), HAP_4(the additives is heparin, 15-50nm), HAP_5(the additives is bovine serum albumin BSA, 20-80nm) were prepared by homogeneous precipitation and used heavy-gauge hydroxyapatite as comparison,we determined amount of heparin, sialic acid ,BSA adsorbed on HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_3 by Crystal Violet assay, Bialsche method,Bradford method respectively and analyzed the binding mechanism by infrared spectrum;After taking HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5 and RBC to co-culture in vitro,we studied RBC hemolysis test and detected RBC hematolysis rate by erythrocyte osmotic fragility test;observing the changes of morphous and locomotion of cell after coacting HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5 and RBC by light microscope and inverted phase contrast microscope;observing HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5 effecting on Ultrastructure of RBC.
本文用均匀沉淀法制备了HAP_1(25-60nm),HAP_4(添加剂肝素,15-50nm),HAP_5(添加剂牛血清白蛋白BSA,20-80nm)等纳米粒子,并用大尺寸的羟基磷灰石HAP_2(470-520nm),HAP_3(1906nm)作对照,分别利用结晶紫法、Bialsche法、Bradford法研究了肝素、唾液酸、血清白蛋白在HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_3上的吸附量,用红外光谱分析其中的结合机理;在体外将HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP4_,HAP_5与红细胞共培养,进行了红细胞溶血试验的研究,并借助红细胞渗透脆性试验检测红细胞溶血率;运用普通光学显微镜和倒置相差显微镜观察了HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5与红细胞作用后细胞形态及运动的变化:透射电镜观察了HAP_1,HAP_2,HAP_4,HAP_5对红细胞超微结构的影响。

According to all-around investigating on wild Lonicera fragrantissima in various mountainous areas of Henan Province, this article has maken clear Lonicera fragrantissima regional distribution, Total resources quantity, biologic characteristics, ecologic characteristics, natural distribution patterns, the value of development and utilization, using form, cuttage and breeding technology, the collection and protection of wild idioplasmic resources and so on. It detailedly describes wild resources distribution, biologic characteristics and ecologic characteristics. It has classified and selected a batch of superior trees according to the differences in fruits shape, fruits color, leaf shape and shape of the crown of trees. It has based on the nutrition and medication ingredient analyzed the using methods of fruits and leaves, and the way of exploitation.Through the experiment on Lonicera fragrantissima cuttage and breeding technology, transplant and domestication technology, it has provided the concrete technical measure of idioplasmic resources use and the preservation for Lonicera fragrantissima.
本文通过对河南省各山区野生郁香忍冬资源的全面调查与研究,摸清全省郁香忍冬资源的区域分布、资源总量、生物学特性、生态学特性、自然类型与经济性状、郁香忍冬的开发利用价值、利用形式、扦插育苗技术和野生种质资源收集保存与保护方法措施等,对河南省郁香忍冬野生资源的分布,生物学特性、生态学特性进行详细描述总结;根据果形、果色、叶形、冠形的差异性进行了类型划分,并选出了一批优树;根据果实、叶片中的营养与药用成分分析、果、叶利用方法研究,分析了其开发利用途径,并开展了郁香忍冬扦插育苗试验和苗木移栽训化试验,为郁香忍冬种质资源利用和保存提供了具体技术措施,其主要结果如下: 1、郁香忍冬属中性偏阳的低矮灌木树种,在灌木坡上当其处于上层空间时或纯林分布时,生长最好。

Since there exists some disadvantages such as poor mechanic properties and much higher burning rate pressure exponents (?1) in the fundamental formulations, this work is devoted to the improvements of combustion characteristics and mechanic properties of LOVA propellants. The effects of the crystal shape, size and contents of nitroamine particles, the types of binder, plasticizer and surface-active agents and the contents of NC on combustion performance are studied by closed bomb tests. In the mechanic properties tests, the effects of the types of binders, plasticizers and solid fillers, the interaction between binders and solid fillers and technological procedures on propellant mechanic properties are researched.

Based on the national tenth five magnitude project — Suzhou City Water Environment Improvement and Synthesize Demonstration item, we carried out the static simulation test and the dynamic simulation test under the condition of heavy pollution loading rate and low transparency and dissolved oxygen in polluted river of suzhou ancient city district. These investigations were on the base of the formers' work. We analyzed the purification effects and rules of plant floating-bed technology on polluted river water, and also applied the technology to purify the polluted river water in Miaojia River. Conclusions were summed up in the following:The dominance plant option test was carried out among Oenanthe javanica, Lolium mutliflorum and Allium sativum under low temperature condition. The results showed that the Oenanthe javanica was the dominance floating-bed plant under low temperature condition. Its net removal rate of TN、 NH_3-N、 TP、 COD_ were 51.3%、 65.2%、 55.6%、 57.6%, respectively, and inhibition rate of algae reached 92.3%.
本论文以国家863重大科技专项——&苏州市城市水环境质量改善与综合示范&项目为依托,在前人研究的基础上,根据苏州古城区污染河道污染负荷重、透明度及溶解氧低的实际情况,通过静态、动态模拟试验,研究了植物浮床技术对污染河水的净化效果及规律,同时在苏州古城区内的苗家河开展了植物浮床技术净化污染河水的示范应用,得出了以下结论:(1)低温条件下对水芹菜、多花黑麦草、大蒜三种浮床植物筛选的试验表明:水芹菜是低温条件下浮床植物的优势种,其对TN、NH_3-N、TP、COD_的净去除率分别为51.3%、65.2%、55.6%、57.6%,对藻类的抑制率达92.3%。
