This article is based on the engineering of Huluding bridge in Nanning provinces, and take the foundation of deep water as research object, introduced the whole process of the engineering ,from perambulation、design to construction.

本论文主要以南宁市葫芦鼎大桥工程项目为背景，以深水基础作为研究对象，从工程的勘查、设计到施工过程进行全面系统的介绍与分析，并根据本工程的具体情况借鉴国内外相关工程项目的实施经验，对设计参数、设备选型及施工工艺等方面作了全面的研究。

Firstly, the paper introduces the achievements and development plan of railroading project construction in our country, elaborating the possibility and necessity of methods of whole railroading project schedule dynamic control by using computer-aided management system, and illustrated the study level of the system outside and inside our country.

铁路工程全线施工进度控制系统的研究就是为提高我国目前铁路工程建设管理水平提出来的。首先，本文介绍了我国铁路工程建设的成就和发展规划，提出了采用计算机系统辅助铁路工程全线施工进度动态控制管理的必要性和可行性，分析了国内外该项研究的现状。

In order to empolder ocean resources and instruct engineering construction, this thesis synthetically analyzed regional geology, terrain, deposit sediments, hydrology, and sediments of coral reefs, have systemically studied the mechanical characteristics of calcareous sand and coral reef through indoor tests. 1. Many factors including regional engineering geology environment, hydrodynamic environment, terrain, physiognomy have been studied to evaluate their influence to coral reef engineering. It's considered that atoll reefs and table reefs are suitable for engineering construction and the reef flat on atolls is most perfect.

为了开发海洋资源，指导珊瑚礁工程建设，本文综合分析了南沙群岛区域工程地质特征、珊瑚礁地形地貌、海洋水动力环境、沉积物特征等资料，从工程地质角度对珊瑚礁各地貌单元的工程适宜性进行了评价，对礁灰岩和钙质砂进行了室内试验分析，主要研究内容和结论如下： 1、分析了珊瑚礁的区域工程地质环境、海洋水动力条件、地形地貌特征、岩土体条件等因素对岛礁工程建设的影响，对珊瑚礁的礁体类型进行了划分，结论认为可干出的环礁和台礁比较适合各类工程建设，其中环礁的礁坪是理想的工程建设场所。

In the research of techniques in curved surface reconstruction and feature extraction, the modeling of NURBS interplation curved surface based on rectangular is focused, in which centripetal parameter is applied to construct node vector, the application of interplation method guarantees the accuracy of curved surface construction, bicubic NURBS curved surface is taken as an example to demonstrate the process of curved surface modeling, and the effectiveness of NURBS is approved in application; Meanwhile, the application of feature techniques in reverse engineering is also diSCUSSed, the recognition and extraction method of feature curved surface are investigated, the relationship between feature recognition and the curvature of curved surface is discussed, with the application of linear and non-linear least squares procedure, data fitting of conicoid in ball surface, cylinder surface and cone surface is

以上述的研究工作为基础，根据企业的实际需求选定轻客和重卡作为研究对象完成了基于反求工程的车身改型设计和优化的工程实践，通过工程实践对反求工程各关键支撑技术进行了验证，所开发的新车型也获得了良好的市场反应。

The horizontal swirling flow internal dissipater tunnel being built in Gongboxia Power Station will be the first one reconstructed from a diversion tunnel whose dischargereaches to 1000m Vs and water head is more than 100m in china . Its schemes argumentation ,test research and future apply will have important meanings to the design .research and engineering application of internal dissipation discharge tunnel with swirling flow, will powerfully promote engineering application of this new kind of dissipation mode , which may solve some high velocity problems in high dam construction and provide a engineering example for technological and economical augmentation in a diversion tunnel reconstruction. 公伯峡水电站右岸旋流内消能泄洪洞是国内第一个泄量达1000m／s、水头超过100m，即将修建的旋流式内消能泄洪洞，其方案的论证与试验研究以及建成后投入使用，将在国内外旋流式内消能泄洪洞设计、研究与工程应用中具有重要的意义，将有力的推动这一新的消能形式在工程中的应用，从而为解决高坝建设中泄水建筑物的高速水流问题与导流洞改建的技术与经济问题提供工程实例，对推动与发展水工水力学的研究与发展均具有重要的理论与实践意义。

本研究对微生物转化法替代现有工艺生产阿霉素进行了探索，从柔红霉素产生菌天蓝淡红链霉菌SIPI 1482中克隆了柔红霉素C-14羟化酶基因，构建了doxA基因的链霉菌表达质粒，导入变铅青链霉菌TK24中获得了柔红霉素转化基因工程菌，并研究了doxA基因在工程菌中的表达，最后还对工程菌转化柔红霉素生成阿霉素的发酵工艺进行了初步研究。
