Base on the problem of large quantity fatigue loads on corroded R.C. structure and small quantity study of its mechanical property, bending resistance fatigue test of corroded R.C. beams is discussed in this paper. The influence of stress ratio and re-bar weight loss ratio on bending resistance fatigue performance of corroded R.C. beams are researched, and the relation between strains of corroded re-bars and fatigue life of beams are obtained. The main research contents and conclusions are as following: 1. Under the fatigue loads, the overstrain of concrete approximately coincidences three stages strain development and accumulation rule, and the mechanical property of concrete is deteriorated. The fatigue damage of concrete is accumulated. The overstrain of re-bars increases and the increase rate decreases.

Based on the theoretical and practical combination, the cooperation function mechanism of the ozonization, activated carbon adsorption and biological degradation of the engineering bacteria in the treatment of the non-degraded organic wastewater was furthered, and a model for pollution removal by ozone immobilized biological filter was built, which provided the theoretical and scientific basis for the future further research and practical application.

The main achievements could be summarized as follows.1. The basic stress-strain characteristics and related physical mechanisms for sands under cyclic rotation of principal stress axes were investigated based on three kinds of drained tests including fixed principal stress axes, cyclic rotation of principal stress axes with magnitudes of principal stresses kept constant, and cyclic changes of principal stresses in both their axes and magnitudes. The main deformation behavior of sands with inherent anisotropy under cyclic rotation of principal stress axes with magnitudes of principal stresses kept constant was obtained in the following.
