On the basis of gathering data from previous study and researching the stabilization and reinforcing technique of the typical high slope in west approach road, through in-situ tracking investigation and monitoring to the west road, and by way of studying the interaction between slope body and anchoring structure, monitoring data, the result of grey prediction and fuzzy comprehensive assessment, and adopting the idea of integrating prototype investigation and indoor experiment analysis, mechanism analysis and simulation research method, safety factor analysis and interacting relationship study, in-situ monitoring and safety evaluation, and using the theories of engineering geology, geotechnique, rock body mechanic, finite element method and fuzzy mathematics, this paper studies the long-term safety of the typical high slope specially.
本文在收集前人研究资料的基础上,采用原型调研与室内分析相结合、机制分析与模拟研究相结合、安全系数分析与相互作用关系研究相结合、现场监测与安全性评价相结合的思想,通过对鹧鸪山隧道西引道典型高边坡的现场跟踪调研与监测,运用工程地质、岩土工程、岩体力学、有限元理论、灰色系统理论、模糊数学等先进理论和方法,在对西引道典型高边坡的稳定性、整治与加固技术研究的基础上,通过边坡地质体与锚固结构相互作用分析、边坡监测数据分析、边坡变形灰预测分析以及模糊综合评判等途径,重点对治理后的典型高边坡的长期工程安全性进行了系统深入的研究。

From these researches as above, this paper found a new method to analysis salty soil road engineering properties by phase equilibrium theory, which provides a new angle of analysis on salty soil properties, experiment and engineering practice in these ways as follows:(1) Analysis the disadvantage of traditional salty soil experiment;(2) Analysis the disadvantage of current salty soil definition by phase equilibrium theory, and gives the chart of distinguish salty soil by the condition of hydrography and climate change;(3) Analysis the mechanics of subgrade frost boiling based on the change rule of liquid content;(4) Based on the change rule of ingredients content and volume in salty soil, analysis the mechanics of subgrade salt heaving and the restraining method by adding sodium chloride.
通过以上研究,本文初步建立了以相平衡理论为核心的盐渍土路用工程性质分析方法,该方法对盐渍土工程性质的理论分析、试验研究以及工程实践提供了新的研究思路与方法,具体体现在:(1)分析了传统的盐渍土试验存在的缺陷;(2)分析了现行盐渍土定义的不足,并以相平衡理论为基础,结合水文、气候条件的变化给出了判别盐渍土的诺谟图;(3)分析了盐渍土盐溶液含量的变化规律,并从盐渍土含液量变化规律出发,分析了盐渍土路基较非盐渍土路基翻浆严重的机理;(4)分析了盐渍土各固相含量及其体积的相变规律,并在此基础上分析盐渍土路基的盐胀机理,以及采用添加氯化钠来抑止硫酸盐盐渍土的盐胀机理

Aim at the reality of our country's construction market; the thesis discusses the need and pressure of establishing engineering insurance system. For the problems in developing engineering insurance market, the thesis gives advice on priority of choosing the type of insurance in China, by analyzing main risk in a project, using advanced experience of developed countries, and comparative research. Then, analyze the supervision of engineering insurance, and raise the point of designing the supervising system of it. This can protect its health development. At the same time, compare relative laws in this field in both China and other countries,then give suggestions on juristical problems of carrying out engineering insurance that should be solved immediately. It's the law protection of the system. At last, draw a conclusion at strategy and suggestion of establishing and carrying out the system.
本文针对目前我国建筑工程市场现存的问题,阐述推行工程保险的必要性和紧迫性;针对工程保险市场发展存在的问题,从主要的工程风险分析入手,借鉴国外发达国家的先进经验,在比较研究基础上,提出我国在险种选择和开展优先级别上的建议;在此基础上通过对工程保险监管的分析,提出构建我国工程保险监管制度的构想,从监管的角度为工程保险的发展提供良好的环境;同时再次运用比较的方法,从国内外工程保险相关法律异同分析,提出我国推行工程保险制度待解决的法律问题,为工程保险体系的构建提供法律保障;最后综合提出我国在推行构建工程保险制度的实施策略和建议。

利用地震危险性概率分析方法对大型一等工程-某大型水利枢纽工程所在的场址进行地震危险性分析;该拟建工程场址所在的西昆仑地震带是新疆境内地震活动强度最高、频度最大的地震带,拟建工程坝高库大,为了进行准确的地震危险性分析研究,本研究根据区域地震活动性及地震构造研究成果,确定了地震活动性参数,按照构造类比、历史地震重演原则划分了潜在震源区;在分析了区域地震活动环境和地震构造等因素后,综合评价其对场地地震危险性的影响;根据确定的地震动衰减关系及地震带、潜在震源区的地震活动性参数,应用概率方法计算得出了场地不同概率水平的水平向基岩峰值加速度。

Furthermore, this paper studies the legal problems in the implementation of construction insurance and bond system and the correspondent laws that need to be improved. With reference to construction insurance, it is compulsive to carry out Contractor"s All Risks, Erection All Risks, Employer"s Liability Insurance, Supervisory Engineer/Designer Professional Liability Insurance and Maintenance Insurance. As for construction bond, it is suitable to take the method of surety bond and implement obligatorily Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Employer Payment Bond and Contractor Payment Bond. In addition, this paper analyses the problems in the implementation of construction insurance and bond system in China and presents corresponding solutions. In the end, it provides a method by option price theory to estimate the costs of construction bond.
本文首先借鉴国外工程保险和担保制度,通过工程保险可以有效的转移自然灾害和意外事故风险,通过工程担保转移各种人为风险;其次研究了在我国实行工程保险和担保制度存在的法律问题和需完善的相关法律,提出在工程保险方面,应强制实行建筑工程一切险、安装工程一切险、质量保修保险、设计/监理责任险,在工程担保方面,宜采取保证担保的方式,强制实行投标保证担保、履约保证担保、业主履约保证担保和付款保证担保,分析了在我国实行工程保险和担保制度存在的问题,提出相应对策;最后运用期权价格理论给出了确定工程担保费用的一种方法。
