Engineering geological environment evaluation relation to naturalism, economy, environment, engineering etc and various factors have variant influence degree. Presently, most of cities in China use method of qualitative analysis in engineering geological environment evaluation and this method has many shortcomings, such as need great investigation workload, difficultly unified standards, lowly spatialization accuracy, quantitative study is not easy and with great subjectivity in city planning.

The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Considering the silting intensity in waterway and the impact to the tidal prism of Guan River, the single guide jetty and double guide jetties with dredging were recommended in the estuary of Guan River. Meanwhile, it was recommended that the eastern jetty was higher than the western one in the double guide jetties.

This thesis collects 21 refurnishing work samples, using SPSS program and by means of regression analysis to estimate the generation coefficient for refurnishing waste, it's 0.139t/m2 or 0.231m3/m2 (assume the density of waste is 0.6t/m3), based on the building area. We can also use the coefficient mentioned above to calculate the theory quantity for refurnishing works.
