By and large, research projects undertaken by the Group fall into three categories. Self-introduction of the Presenter Mr Hsieh Y Shan, Director of Business Department 2 at RSEA Engineering Co. was in 1972 graduated and conferred Bachelor of Civil Engineering, then Master of Geotechnic Engineering.In 1982, studying in Austria the NATM method for 6 months. In 1983, he was conferred Engineering Award for Distinguished Youth by Engineers Society. Engaged in relevant tunnel work for 33 years, he managed the construction of Hsueh Shan tunnel, by taking responsibility of breakthrough of pilot tunnel and two main tunnels.
