The aims of this study were:(1) to find methods to analyze 7-tocopherol and its metabolites;(2) to study the kinetics of 7-tocopherol metabolized in the S9 of male SD-rat liver in vitro;(3) to compare the differences of 7-tocopherol metabolized in the liver S9 of male SD-rat, male Brazil turtle and male cobia, respectively.
