Compared the biochemisty and organizing such index as the shape , etc at the different stage of the model metioned above with those facts of MsPGN rat to find out the relationship between deficiency of Yin damp and hot and MsPGN on the development of illness and the role in MsPGN course, know the disease machine of MsPGN and treat MsPGN for Chinese medicine, screen the effective square medicine and establish the experiment foundation.

实验研究本实验采用改良的慢性血清病MsPGN动物模型，将其与具有一定实验研究基础的大鼠阴虚，湿热证模型有机结合起来，建立大鼠实验性MsPGN阴虚湿热蕴结证的病证结合模型，通过与单纯实验性大鼠MsPGN模型不同造模阶段的生化、组织形态等指标的比较，探讨阴虚湿热蕴结与MsPGN发病的关系及其在MsPGN发病过程中的作用，为中医认识MsPGN的病机及治疗MsPGN，筛选有效方药奠定理论基础。
