The results are: 1 the stricture of the capillaries of stria vascularis was observed in most cochleae of rickety rats and, segmental deletions of the outer hair cells on the first turn of cochlea were found in a small number of rickety rats; 2 the perilymphatic ionized calcium concentration significantly re- duced and the threshold of CAP (Compound Action Poten- tials of the eighth nerve) significantly rose in rickety rats in comparison with those of normal control; 3 gentamicin results in an increase of the perilymphatic ionized calcium concentra- tion in rickety rats; 4 the cochleae of the rickety rats appeared to be less vulnerable to the ototoxicity of gentamicin than the normal one.
研究包括两个方面,其一是&佝偻病的感觉神经性耳聋及其对庆大霉素耳毒性作用的耐受性&,系用大白鼠建立维生素D缺乏性佝偻病动物模型,发现:(1)佝偻病大白鼠耳蜗血管纹毛细血管狭窄,少数动物耳蜗底回外毛细胞有节段性缺失;(2)佝偻病大白鼠的耳蜗鼓阶外淋巴钙离子浓度降低,CAP(听神经复合动作电位,以下简称CAP)听阈提高;(3)庆大霉素可使佝偻病大白鼠耳蜗外淋巴钙离子浓度上升;(4)佝偻病大白鼠耳蜗在功能和形态上都比正常者更能耐受庆大霉素的耳毒性损害。

Objective To study the statement of immunoreaction of c Jun and functional recovery of spinal cord injury in rats after fetal spinal cord transplantation.Methods Experimental rats were divided into two groups:spinal cord hemisection injury combination with transplants of FSC to injured site group,and spinal cord injury that received gelfoam pledgets group.On the lst,3th,7th,14th and 28th day after operation,6 animals in each group at each time phase,were observed for their function recovery with the methods of praxiology and electro physiological examination,the animals were then sacrificed for the observation of the statement of c Jun reaction by immnochemistry method and computer image analysis system was used for quantitative analysis.
目的:研究大鼠胚胎脊髓移植后能否影响,c-Hun免疫反应的表达和脊髓损伤后大鼠功能的恢复,方法;将动物分为脊髓半切洞损伤加胚胎脊髓移植组和单纯脊髓板切洞损伤加明胶海绵填塞组,每个时相点每组6只动物,术只1,3,7,14和28天,应用行为学和电生理检查观察大鼠功能恢复情况,应用免疫细胞化学方法,c-Jun免疫反应的表达,采用计算机图像分析技术,进行定量分析。

The protozoa were isolated from field animal blood, vectors, pathogenic tissue and secretions. Based on differences of the pathogen morphology, vector species, experimental infected animals, single parasite clone and parasitic tissues, protozoiasis pathogens from different areas and animals in China were isolated and the vectors and transmission mode were also determined by vector transmission trial. Sequence analysis of 18S rRNA gene was used to study the phylogeny of partial isolated protozoa.

Each rat from different groups was killed by breaking its neck except drowning group, then BW and SO_2 was detected, and its chest was cut open rapidly, lung was taken out and weight was measured accurately to count lung coefficient. Its lung appearance was observed and lung tissue was fixed with formalin, which was made into pathology slices with HE staining, and pathology change of the lung tissue was observed;Expression of IL-8 and IL-10 in lung tissue was detected with Immunocytochemistry, and correlation between them was analyzed .
